[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has an attractive design at first glance, but it has plenty of room for improvement. Space is being wasted by the water pitcher and the ice bucket. A refrigerator this large should be expected to accommodate a mid-sized family with ease. The ice bucket literally takes half of the upper freezer shelf. I personally don't know anyone who this would be useful to, unless it's a large family with kids, which goes back to the issue of space in general. The movement of the shelves to make more space is also very limited so, anything taller than a gallon of milk won't fit unless you remove an entire shelf. The main attraction was of course the digital screen. Unfortunately it's very slow instead of responsive like you would expect in 2026. The software is also very limited, which is extremely disappointing. Samsung is so focused on AI instead of being focused on practical tasks. One small example of many is entering items into your shopping list. If it doesn't recognize your item, it will automatically change it, similar to predictive text auto-correction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is fantastic ! I love the screen and the touch to open the doors The new placement of the water and ice on the door is great . So far I've had it three days and all is well! It’s a bit so much bigger than my previous four-door Samsung Refrigerator that was six years old that was working fine. We wanted to get the new Bespoke in black with the screen. The screen is phenomenal to keep up with things you need to do today the weather etc. plus the integration with smart things , Ai and Alexa is great too! Overall 100% love the product.

We love the size, however we do not like the following issues: the ice maker has failed 2 times in our four years of ownership. Now that we are out of warranty we fear that we will have to regularly pay for maintenance in ice maker. This beautiful refrigerator/freezer is too much of an investment to have issues with an ice maker and require replacement parts. Other than that it’s beautiful and fits the aesthetics of our home.

Things I love: the accessibility of the beverage center, the sleek design and space of this fridge. Having a flex drawer is salsa nice so beverages are taking up prime fridge space for food items. The technology is is fairly easy to use and user friendly as well, as well as getting it paired up with the Smart Things app. Still working out the ‘items removed’ from fridge notifications and pictures, unsure if this will be helpful to us in the future to manage shopping. The autofill water pitcher a wonderful perk - we use it daily and the refill is fast. Things to consider: The French doors are glass and do not have handles, so regular wiping down the surface to clear finger prints will be a regular thing. I wish the door storage shelves could be configured and not stationary. There’s items that are too tall that I wish could be stored there. Overall it’s a sleek, intuitive large fridge, and we’re very happy with our purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a fridge that feels more like a design choice than an appliance, the Samsung Bespoke lineup is honestly one of the best-looking options out there. The customizable panels are the star of the show — they really do change the vibe of the kitchen. It’s the first fridge I’ve owned where guests actually comment on how it looks.

I love the features and connectivity of the Samsung Bespoke, especially the SmartThings hub built in. The only feature I don't like is that it beeps every time the door is opened and to shut it off you have to shut of the alarm that lets you know if a door is left open by mistake. Also I wish it had an ice dispenser. Kind of a PIA to open the freezer and have to slide the ice lid back every time you want ice!

Make sure to purchase a warranty to be safe. I like this one better as it has that second drawer feature that you can adjust the temperature to refrigeration or to a freezer drawer. So far i am enjoying my refrigerator. I dont regret investing in another Samsung refrigerator.
