It's easy to keep clean and looks like new with a simple wipe down. It's very easy to setup, user friendly, and connects to my phone. I like that I can check if the doors are closed because I have little ones who often don't close the doors properly. We have had a few power outages and I'm always impressed how quickly it returns to its normal temperature.

The built-in recipes are honestly amazing—simple, easy to follow, and perfect for busy families. It takes the guesswork out of meal planning, and everything we’ve tried so far has turned out great. One of the biggest surprises has been how much my kids love it. The drawing app and games keep them entertained while I’m cooking, which is a huge bonus. It really feels like Samsung thought about the whole family when designing this. The shopping list feature and the ability to preview what’s in the fridge while I’m out have been incredibly helpful. It saves time, reduces waste, and makes grocery trips so much easier. Overall, it’s more than just a fridge—it’s a smart, family-friendly hub that genuinely makes everyday life smoother.

It was a great fridge. Loved most of the features and have had no issues with it. Then they updated it and it started showing ads on my screen. Now I will be replacing it and removing Samsung from the list of brands I consider for my Appliances/Electronics in the future. Ridiculous move Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge but the AI photo part doesn't work as well as we had hoped and you can't see into the flex drawer or freezer which is kind of a bummer so we just don't use it at all. Love the two types of ice and the water features. Wish you could add different apps but very limited there. Works great otherwise.

It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usage anymore. I have a Google-based home, so this feature is not only useless to me, but I can't use Google Home on the fridge and it's honestly obnoxious that it appears in so many places. Most devices nowadays are compatible with all smart assistants - so not only limiting, but forcing only two, is problematic considering the cost of the fridge...and it doesn't help with how few apps there are available for it. So I'd have to say the software is unfortunately lacking and, when it comes to smart assistants, it's honestly annoying. That aside, it's a great fridge and I hope Samsung puts out further updates to change the software issues.

The cooling from initial installation was fast and efficient. I am confident that my food will be preserved and kept fresh! It was easy to establish connectivity to my home network and get all the latest updates. The unique characteristics of this makes it not only packed full of features, but the large screen has awesome visibility! I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase and and would gladly buy it again!

It has tons of space, the fridge holds a ton of items. The push in shelf makes it easy to see what we have. It is easy to program the ice functions we like. It sells us when a new filter is needed which is very efficient. It has a seamless interface, and connecting it to my smart drive was easy.
