It's huge and Responsive - basically a tablet on the fridge. You can stream music, watch videos, check recipes, or keep your household organized. For someone who likes efficiency and having everything in one place, this is a big plus. The Al Vision Inside feature automatically identifies items in the fridge, which is surprisingly accessibility useful if you meal prep or track groceries.

Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Family Hub+ and have been impressed with it so far. The counter-depth design looks great in our kitchen and gives it a much cleaner, built-in appearance without sacrificing too much storage space. The 4-door layout is also very convenient and makes it easy to keep everything organized. The Family Hub+ is definitely one of our favorite features. The large screen is bright, responsive, and adds a lot more functionality than I expected from a refrigerator. Being able to manage food, view information, use apps, play music, and take advantage of the smart features right from the refrigerator is pretty impressive. I also really like the flexibility of the storage areas and how easy it is to see and access everything inside. The refrigerator runs quietly, keeps everything consistently cold, and the overall build and appearance feel very high-end. Having the water dispenser inside the door is absolutely the BEST! And we love that it makes 2 different types of ice at the same time. There are a lot of refrigerators out there for less money, but if you're looking for something that combines a modern design, flexible storage, and some genuinely useful technology, this one is worth considering. So far, we're extremely happy with our purchase and it has been a great upgrade to our kitchen.

The water dispenser with automatic refill is awesome. The doors are easy open and makes everything in our fridge accessible. So many features that we are learning more as we go and will continue to give props to Samsung for these!

This refrigerator is just so much more! Everything you woulld expect in a refrigerator is what you get, but also more beautifully packaged. The avaialbilty to do tracking, meal planning, knowledge of products inside the refrigerator, keeping track of what is used are just a few of the amazing fun features. When you have counter depth needs, there isn't any better. It is difficualt to find ones to meet the size requirements that ALSO have good space inside. That sounds easy, but how you store things and how many things you can store make a big difference. Onto the freezer, it absolutey stores more than it looks and I was concerned about the ice being stored in the freezer and continually needing to open for the ice but there is a little frost but no issue. We live in an area where you use ice 10-15 times a day, so it is expected for the usage. Middle drawer is not as deep as our previous refrigerator and there are not may changes you can make for inside shelf adjustments, but we had already identified that when we were shopping and comparing. No question we made an excellent decision choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is great overall. Only had it 24 hours. Love the size of it. If I had some complaints, it'd be these: 1) lack of app options on the display. We'd like more options on the display for recipe apps. Haven't figured out how to add other apps (if it's even possible) 2) the cellophane. OMG every single surface seems to be covered that you have to peel off. I'm 1000000% convinced that I'll find some I've not peeled off in 6 months. 3) the ice cover is sometimes difficult to slide open. Maybe it will loosen up but it's plastic so not betting on it.
