[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I begin? this fridge does it all!!! it keeps track of what you put inside your fridge, lets you know when you need to remove items from the fridge, has so much space and compartments that it really is an incredible fridge!! you can even reorder food if you want and have it delivered right to you!! talk about convenience. I already had to change the water filter and it was very easy to do. and, the electronic functions on the outside from the whiteboard to being able to watch youtube for receipes, dyi and videos is awesome!! and you can use the fridge as a hub for all smart items in your home. I am glad that i decided to purchase the samsung bespoke fridge for my new home!! it was everything that I had hoped for and way more as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take their kitchen to the next level!! this fridge does all that and then some!!

This refrigerator is amazing. She's graceful she's beautiful me and my grandbabies love her. She keeps us company. They get to Order food and close and listen to music I get to watch recipes while I cook. I love it. I love it. I love it thank you Samsung. I love YALL! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for about a month, and so far it's been great. The installation process was very smooth and we were able to use it right away. The screen is very intuitive, and it was very easy for us to set everything up. The fridge itself is very spacious, and the drawers slide in and out very smoothly. The tap feature is helpful for when your hands are full, and for a faster door opening experience, the handles don't offer much resistance if you choose to open the door manually. The cameras show off the contents of the door bins for all your "staring and deciding" needs while still staying efficient. Food has been keeping very well, and we haven't had any issues with heat loss. The screen also tells us what temperature the zones are at and allows us to change it if necessary. The ice machine works great, but if the path for the ice to fall is blocked, you'll need to clear it yourself before it can continue producing more ice.

The middle drawer with the temp control is so nice! And we have switched from buying bottled water to only using the water pitcher in the fridge now! I recommend this fridge to all my friends and have encouraged 2 of them to actually buy it and they love it just as much!!

Great fridge to have in the kitchen while me and my wife cook we can listen to music or watch videos. My kids love it too! Interface is easy to use even my 4 year old uses it easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the refrigerator today. It's very sleek and the Samsung hub was easy to setup. Already integrated a bunch of devices and I'm looking forward to using the AI Vision. It has a TON of space and the shelves were easy to remove and clean.

I equipped my entire kitchen with Samsung Bespoke product, purchasing a new Samsung Refrigerator ( >$3200), Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave direct from Samsung. I went direct thinking that customer service and all the other aspects of quality would be met. However, after a little over two years (just after the warranty period) my dishwasher (bespoke) stopped working. I contacted Samsung Service and the responsiveness has been horrible. We spoke about the warranty and even purchasing a new one and never got a call back. I'd like this email sent to senior leadership at Samsung as I look for a remedy. My kitchen is now equipped with a boat anchor and the label on that anchor is Samsung. My junk Maytag lasted longer and if this is not remedied I will let every rating service know NOT to purchase Samsung, especially direct. If I sound upset, I am. I call service and never hear back. I call the warranty group and all they care about is maximizing profit by charging me >$300 for a 1-yr warranty and then call me back.

Two separate Samsung sales reps advised the Samsung Care+ & Extended Warranty for this fridge (RF90F23AEWAA) was in addition to the manufacture's warranty. It is not. I purchased the "extended" 5-year plan, but my warranty indicates it starts the date of purchase. I call Care+ and get a "sorry, but the terms and conditions are date of purchase. They are not combined". The terms weren't provided until I purchased the "extended" warranty! I did not expect such shady practices by Samsung. Beware! As for the fridge, I love the look, if not slightly more gray than expected. One particular flaw, however, is there is no camera to detect items added to the freezer or flex drawer despite advertising the capability. I also wish you could resize the widgets or add google apps to the hub.
