This is our 3rd Samsung fridge in 3 homes, we even replaced the 1 year old fridge that came with our last home purchase. And the fridges get better with each one; the Family Hub is larger, AI. Capabilities have grown and the auto open door feature is new. The capacity is as expected and well laid out and Smartthings helps keep an eye on power usage.

My Samsung appliances are five years old. I redid my kitchen and got Samsung refrigerator range and dishwasher. I've had a problem with every single Appliance. I had to replace my dishwasher because the tub was rotted out in four years after I purchased it, which is unheard of I called Samsung and they told me they would give me money towards another Samsung Appliance, which I would never bought a Samsung appliances ever again the TV I would they make great TVs but not the appliances. I had a problem with my range. I have a double oven had a problem with that same thing they could not fix it for me so I had to pay somebody else to come in and fix it. The temperature was off got that fixed. Their customer service is not so helpful. They kept telling me that it went past the warranty, which I feel if they tub in a dishwasher watched out in four years they should stand behind their product. I've had dishwashers for 1012 years. I've never had the tub get rusty. Was not a cheap dishwasher not a cheap range either my refrigerator. I have the swamp refrigerator when I first bought it I have problems with it. They had to come twice and repair that for me. My ice cubes were falling out of there, and it was a problem that was recalled, but Samsung never sent a recall notice to me letting me know that my refrigerator was recalled and they would fix it. I had somebody else come fix it and they told me that I had to call Samsung and let them know that I'm having a problem with the ice cube because they should fix it. They fix it for free because it was recalled but never did I get a notice asking me if I have that refrigerator and that they would come and fix it. All I know is I would come home from work and there were ice cubes all over my floor. Their customer service is no help. They wanted me to pull the range from my counter. Take it out. How do they expect a woman to take out a whole range they should've sent somebody to come look at it. It's only four years old when I had the prompt with it, they came and fixed my range two times they sent when it was under warranty and still there problems with it I would never recommend Samsung appliances, but I do recommend Samsung TVs

I love that it's customizable and fits our style perfectly. There's plenty of space, and the organization makes everything easy to find. The fresh water feature is great, and the filter lasts a long time. My whole family uses it daily, and we all love it. It's functional, modern, and honestly one of the best upgrades we've made in our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great for a family our previous refrigerator was completely broken and we were not able to keep our food safe it was such a joy to have this refrigerator it keeps the food at safe temperatures there is a drawer that can double for Veggies or for deli meat and you can change the setting The icemaker was a little slow to work at first but now it seems to be making ice just on time. It keeps track of how much energy you're using and saving, which is very efficient. We've been drinking a lot more water now with the beverage center and the refillable water pitcher is a really cool feature. The kids love the family hub for the ability to watch YouTube you can watch Samsung TV plus on it and you can play music so it's really nice it just livens up the kitchen. The space is huge. It fits very well into our preset space there's enough rose to store things in different sizes and then the doors have a lot of capacity as well. It has AI vision, which can see what you're putting into the fridge and taking out of it I can help you to keep track of what you have in your fridge. It's really nice to be able to see what's inside your fridge if you forget if you have milk or not, you can look inside your fridge from your phone.

The fridge has alot of features and is spacious to store everything I need. I'm still learning new features each ti,e I use the fridge. I love the glass panels how chewy the ice is and how easy it is to get, The ice works very efficiently, and I love the big screen, It's easy to navigate through the settings to change anything you need, Even though it is a counter depth fridge it still has lots of storage space, And I love that there is a pitcher to use For lemon water or anything you need.

It instantly elevated the look of our kitchen, and the capacity is incredible. We can fit so much inside, which has been a huge upgrade for our family. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The ice drawer is quite stiff and can be difficult to open and close, which is a bit frustrating for something we use often. The AI screen also isn't the most intuitive. I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, but it definitely comes with a learning curve, especially when trying to understand features like the in-and-out food list. Another downside is that the exterior shows fingerprints very easily and seems prone to scratching, so it requires more upkeep to keep it looking as pristine as it did on day one. Even with those drawbacks, it's a stunning fridge with amazing capacity and features, and we're really happy with it overall. With a few small improvements, it would easily be a 5-star appliance.
