[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The built in water jug and dispenser are a game changer. The dual ice a added plus. What i di not like was the middle drawer is plastic, which my other samsung was steel. The smart screen is OK, camera is meh, ai of food in n out is meh.

This fridge looks awesome. The matte black finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints at all. ​Having the two doors on top means everything you use daily is right at eye level, And i love the computer screen im thinking of what art slide show to put on it. And the two freezer drawers on the bottom make it super easy to organize frozen food without having to dig through a giant pile. It’s got a good amount of room, keeps everything perfectly cold, and just makes the whole kitchen look way upgraded.

We love the size, however we do not like the following issues: the ice maker has failed 2 times in our four years of ownership. Now that we are out of warranty we fear that we will have to regularly pay for maintenance in ice maker. This beautiful refrigerator/freezer is too much of an investment to have issues with an ice maker and require replacement parts. Other than that it’s beautiful and fits the aesthetics of our home.

So far I've had it three days and all is well! It’s a bit so much bigger than my previous four-door Samsung Refrigerator that was six years old that was working fine. We wanted to get the new Bespoke in black with the screen. The screen is phenomenal to keep up with things you need to do today the weather etc. plus the integration with smart things , Ai and Alexa is great too! Overall 100% love the product.

The ice maker is solid regular cubes are good, but the bite size is my favorite. I drink iced coffee all day and those little pieces chill it fast without watering it down. Love this thing!

A few things I would like to see to make this work even better Additional apps you can download And for the error message to stop happening when we go to the web browser . Sometimes Bixby is a little slow to respond But overall we're just trying to figure out how to use all the cool features

Product is great. There is really no way to turn off the camera if you really wanted to. The microphone is sensitive so if you’re watching tv and something trigger the refrigerator I have had times where it will open by itself. You can turn the feature off. Lots of space to put stuff. You can also have the ring app attached to see who is at the door. Cooling features are good and you can track it on the app or on the fridge.

We bought a Samsung four-door 4 1/2 years ago And the icemaker stopped working luckily We were under warranty so We Were refunded the money promptly And went and got another refrigerator This time we have the pull out beverage drawer Which we absolutely love and a big screen which is better than the last one. we love this product would recommend it.

But other than that it stores a ton of storage and I love the feature that it opens automatically and when baking or making sweet treats it opens by itself
