The display says ice maker full/off when it's not full and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to manually switch the icon to on/make ice. But it's nice cause there is two different sizes made. The ice tray lid could have been made to open/close easier. Display is nice. Food monitoring for expiration is good. I like the crisper in the middle. Nyice fridge.

It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usage anymore. I have a Google-based home, so this feature is not only useless to me, but I can't use Google Home on the fridge and it's honestly obnoxious that it appears in so many places. Most devices nowadays are compatible with all smart assistants - so not only limiting, but forcing only two, is problematic considering the cost of the fridge...and it doesn't help with how few apps there are available for it. So I'd have to say the software is unfortunately lacking and, when it comes to smart assistants, it's honestly annoying. That aside, it's a great fridge and I hope Samsung puts out further updates to change the software issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interface of this refrigerator has been great allows us to see what we have in it from the store also shows us when we take stuff out what they took out ( great with kids ) plus the perk of having the ability to play music while you do the dishes without having to pair your phone or other devices

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is absolutely perfect. Nice appliances are so satisfying to me, and this Samsung delivers. It's spacious and customizable. It's easy to keep clean and looks like new with a simple wipe down. It's very easy to setup, user friendly, and connects to my phone. I like that I can check if the doors are closed because I have little ones who often don't close the doors properly. We have had a few power outages and I'm always impressed how quickly it returns to its normal temperature.

We got it for the cool appearance and electronic interface front panel.....but found we love the interior and function perhaps even more! Capacity is great - and easy to organize food groups.... absolutely LOVE the beverage center and ice maker and ease of setting everything up. This was a life changing purchase - so happy we got it!

Have had prior version for years with no issues and just updated to the newer model. Smart things is easy to use and connect and control other devices from a central hub in the kitchen.

It instantly elevated the look of our kitchen, and the capacity is incredible. We can fit so much inside, which has been a huge upgrade for our family. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The ice drawer is quite stiff and can be difficult to open and close, which is a bit frustrating for something we use often. The AI screen also isn't the most intuitive. I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, but it definitely comes with a learning curve, especially when trying to understand features like the in-and-out food list. Another downside is that the exterior shows fingerprints very easily and seems prone to scratching, so it requires more upkeep to keep it looking as pristine as it did on day one. Even with those drawbacks, it's a stunning fridge with amazing capacity and features, and we're really happy with it overall. With a few small improvements, it would easily be a 5-star appliance.
