It has tons of space, the fridge holds a ton of items. The push in shelf makes it easy to see what we have. It is easy to program the ice functions we like. It sells us when a new filter is needed which is very efficient. It has a seamless interface, and connecting it to my smart drive was easy.

I previously owned the Family Hub generation and recently upgraded to the newer model featuring the larger AI Hub screen. Overall, it's a very good refrigerator — Samsung clearly continues to push the boundaries of what a smart fridge can do. That said, after spending time with it, there are some clear strengths and a few areas where Samsung still has work to do. ✅ What I Love (Pros) Impressive Storage Capacity The interior space is generous and well-organized, making it easy to store everything from weekly grocery hauls to large platters for entertaining. Samsung has done a great job maximizing usable space. Excellent Cooling Performance The cooling is consistent and reliable across all compartments. Food stays fresh noticeably longer, and temperature recovery after opening the doors is quick. Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker This is honestly one of my favorite features. The built-in beverage center is incredibly convenient for quick access to filtered water and drinks without opening the main door. Having two types of ice makers — cubed and Ice Bites™ — is a surprisingly useful luxury that I didn't know I needed until I had it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge but the AI photo part doesn't work as well as we had hoped and you can't see into the flex drawer or freezer which is kind of a bummer so we just don't use it at all. Love the two types of ice and the water features. Wish you could add different apps but very limited there. Works great otherwise.

We purchased this product in Summer 2024 as part of a complete Samsung appliances upgrade for our new home. We trusted the brand and spent a lot of money. 15 months later, 3 months out of warranty and we noticed a crack on the bottom of the fridge compartment. We had not caused it, we had not dropped anything, the fridge was sat on a level floor, we could not recreate the damage if we tried. We had Samsung repairs come out and told us that the fridge was not repairable at all. We have pleaded with Samsung to make an exception but nothing. We will never buy from them again.
