We purchased the whole kitchen Samsung set. The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the over the stove microwave I told my wife I wouldn't do it we have eight flip phones Galaxy ones from 56 8 of them that don't work because of the screens and Samsung won't even back those up I told her not to buy it she did and I'm going to tell you a few disappointments and some good stuff, I have 8 flip phones that don't work & Samsung won't back and now 4 appliances I feel are less than up to par for the price. I bought this item a month ago and I am happy about it. The noise is very low, The loading capacity is amaysing compare to other product. The pairing technology is very usefull, so far the efficiency is excellent and the configuration inside give the opportunity to wash more dishes and pots. It is a geat product that I recomand to all.

Capacity is amazing, much more stuff fits in than before. Very very quiet, I was super impressed with the 38dB levels! Outstanding! Installation was a breeze just removing the old machine and replacing the cables accordingly. So many cycles to choose from, I particularly love the AI cycle. Couldn’t be happier with the product, again so many new features compared to my 5 year old model. Great job Samsung!

Plenty of room for everything and we have yet to find a dish that wasn't sparkling clean. I like how the app let's us know when the cycle is complete and the door opens to finish the drying process. You can hardly hear it when it is running. We are very happy with this purchase.

The 3rd rack is a big plus for organizing utensils and small items, and the adjustable middle rack makes loading tall glasses and pans much easier. I bought this combination washer/dryer a couple of weeks ago. I'm loving it! The modern technology is very user friendly and allows for wash many wash cycles I've never had before. The wash/dry is completed without having to switch the load to a separate dryer machine. It even sends messages to my phone and tv letting me know it's progress. Having just one quiet, efficient machine with a large capacity drum, do all the work makes my day easier. It also gives me more work space in my laundry room!

I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
