[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good noise isolation, cleaning is nice, and the top rack is a good QoL for glasses and cups. Not once has any dishes come out partially cleaned, so the precision cleaning is great. The capacity is alright, there is some learning curve to it as there is a point where the dishwasher leaks with too much load. It is very good at cleaning, you don't actually need the whole cycle for the dishes to be clean, making it more water efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 9-year-old Samsung Dishwasher with this one and could not believe how much better it creates sparkling clean dishes. We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.

I highly recommend Samsung appliances. I love that you can sync, control and monitor them all via an app too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is solid. Very low noise, lots of space for everything, and easy to use and program. I use the SmartThings app to set it to do my dishes at 12 am and take advantage of the super off peak energy price. Moreover, I did the install myself and it took me less than 20 minutes to get it all set up and running. Even the most dirty dishes come out as clean as if I had hand-washed them. My only concern is with the detergent enclosure, that felt off a few times. It was easy to put it back on, so this is a no brainer. So far, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Plenty of room for everything and we have yet to find a dish that wasn't sparkling clean. I like how the app let's us know when the cycle is complete and the door opens to finish the drying process. You can hardly hear it when it is running. We are very happy with this purchase.

Very quiet dishwasher when working. However it needed a replacement after just few months. Constant issues with the display. I bought it in May and it broke completely in August. Samsung tried to repair it 3 times over the period of 2 months. I do not recommend this product.

We purchased the whole kitchen Samsung set. The refrigerator the dishwasher the stove the over the stove microwave I told my wife I wouldn't do it we have eight flip phones Galaxy ones from 56 8 of them that don't work because of the screens and Samsung won't even back those up I told her not to buy it she did and I'm going to tell you a few disappointments and some good stuff, I have 8 flip phones that don't work & Samsung won't back and now 4 appliances I feel are less than up to par for the price. I bought this item a month ago and I am happy about it. The noise is very low, The loading capacity is amaysing compare to other product. The pairing technology is very usefull, so far the efficiency is excellent and the configuration inside give the opportunity to wash more dishes and pots. It is a geat product that I recomand to all.
