Members Mark is junk. Have the time I have bought things like this they don't work out of the box. I don't have time to keep taking back for a replacement to have it not work either. Happened with Halloween and now Christmas. Steer clear of their junk.

I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived. I knew the description said it is 5 feet tall and 20 lbs. But I understand estimated this. It was pretty easy to put together by myself. There was one step where it would have been easier for another set of hands, but still managed it. The directions were easy to follow, and everything lined up accordingly. I only have 2 complaints. The globe at the top came with a few scratches, and I wish it fastened in tighter. It moves some but still sits in there fine, hopefully wind doesn't effect it. Second, like others spoke of the glitter was out of control. It gets all over the floor, your hands, and anything else around. Someone suggested they were gonna spray it to put a coating over it to prevent the glitter from getting all over. May need to look into it. I do wish it had a battery backup so it would retain the day info once turned off. Not a big enough problem to sway my love for this. Overall extremely pleased with it from size, weight, appearance, and how bright the lights are. Love the chasing lights around the sign.

We thought this was cute so we purchased it. It is not the best quality. The material is so flimsy. The material on the base had a hole in it. We put a piece of duct tape from the bottom. It's not perfect but it will do. The 2 sections of the upright pole don't line up correctly. We managed to get them lined up enough to get the screw in and had to wire tie them to make it tighter and less wobbly. When we hung the sign on the horizontal bar, the top of the upright pole started leaning due to the weight of the sign. And the horizontal bar is no longer level. One end is slightly lower than the other. If we hadn't put so much effort into it, we would return it. On a positive note - it is cute.

We love this sign. It's on our covered porch, so I cannot comment on how it holds up to weather/elements. But it's beautiful. 1. The countdown is only on one side. 2. If u lose the remote, you cannot operate it. On the cover of the instruction booklet, there's contact info for spare/replacement parts though. They'll like send another. 3. Yes, glitter gets everywhere. I immediately added a fresh coat of spray glue on the glittery parts upon assembling. That helped. 4. I cannot find my instruction sheet to see how to set the auto countdown w/ the remote. I looked everywhere online. Apparently, there are a couple of versions of this (some from different retailers). My remote only has a Manual button, but the info I found online has an Auto button. I'm sure I have to press or hold the Manual button a certain amount of times for it to switch to Auto, but can't remember. Need the instructions! I also need the contact info for replacement parts from the insturction booklet. Please help by posting that if possible! Happy holidays! :)

bought this late 24'. it's bigger then imagined. and the lights are too bright. (jmo) and too much glitter!! brought it up to use now and it won't even turn on! new batteries in remote. all connections are good. So that was an almost $200 down the drain fast.

Beware just know if you buy this it must stay on 24/7 without turning off or you have to manually reset the calendar every time you shut it off . So if you use a timer for your lights you must use the remote to reset the calendar every day . If you are good with that it's not bad. The fit and finish still sucks, though holes barely lineup and glitter gets everywhere.

it's a great idea, but the thing is poorly built. the way it attaches to the base, the welds are poorly done and it doesn't take much wind to make them break and it's essentially impossible to repair. It also sags after being out together adding on to it breaking easier. Had to put toilet levels in the gaps to try to fix the sag, but it still sags some. The sign part itself is good but if the remote goes out, there is no way to manually control it.

Bought in 2024 and it was great - just tried to set it up for 2025 and the remote will not work. Remote was kept in the house all year, so it was climate controlled, etc, batteries were replaced and everything. Sign powers on but without the remote working we cant change the numbers. Its a lot of money to only be able to use 1 season!!

I love this sign. Beautiful

Larger than expected. We absolutely love it. It will be a show stopper in our yard.
