Just realized I didn't get a remote!! I got lucky and figured it was automatic because the days were right! Checked it today and its 2 days off!! Anyone know how to get a remote!?!

Our Sams club was out of these but still had the floor display model, so we purchased it. Unfortunately, they didn't have the remote. Is there any way for us to get a replacement remote?

I bought this and got it all set up and it didn't work. The sign wouldn't turn on and only half the lights work. Went to exchange it and Sams Club was out of stock.

Put together, multimeter says power at all points, but can't get lights to come on. put together and took apart multiple times, wasted hours...really want replacement but no store has it-

Where is the remote?. Bought this in November and opened it today and what a let down. Love the sign but without a remote it is worthless! Called Sams Club to see how to get the remote and they hung up on me. Done with Sams Club!

i got it all put together and its missing the support bar for the top of the sign. and there out of stock so i cant get another one. what should i do

Love this. Puts together fairly easily, sturdy, and it so bright it can be seen from the road.

Very cute. Only goes up to 60 days…which is enough. Glitter does come off but not horrible.
