We received this item and started it up with no problem however it would not hold a charge on the battery. I called the company and had a new battery with in a couple of days. Could not expect anything better than this.

put 5 gal gas , added the stabil fuel stabilizer, connected the small parts, added my own kawasaki sae30 4-cyl oil , (i didnt use the supplied oil) and started on 1st push of start button! At the 5.0 hr mark chged oil, was a pain since this thing weighs > 150lbs. But this works great and so far realiable ! thks

be careful on believing some of theses reviews ..case and point.. first one brian, said pg@e (california) if u are smarter than brians fake review u will see it cannot be old or used in califonia...remember to only put a 1/5th of tank on first run run out gas then change oil or u will ruin this unit because micro metal needs to be cleared out of oil

I have only had the product a few days so I can't give a qualitied opinion other than it appears to be well built. The Quick Start Guide was simple and easy to follow. The operations manual is also easy to follow. The initial start up was easy. The two problems I have is registration is required 10 days from date of purchase, I purchased it on the 10/12/2022 it did not arrive until 10/25/2022. Also I cannot find the "Serial Number"

The tiny battery that runs the starter will not work at all on my generator. I have to use jumper cables every time. Takes about 4 to 10 tries. The starter stalls, or locks up and finally it will hit a spot that will allow the starter to turn the motor over. The starter literally does not have enough power to turn the motor over. When the motor starts, it surges. The governor causes surges so bad I would never use it for anything other than lighting. My generator is a piece of junk. I think the design is bad and a lot of people must be tolerating a piece of junk. If you have ever owned a Honda, you would know that this thing is worthless.

Received the unit by motor freight. Trailer had a power lift-gate so that was easy for a residential delivery. Unit comes with wheels and battery and all you had to do was install the wheels, connect the battery cable and fill with oil. Unit started right up and was no noisier than I expected. it's not whisper quite but it's not all that loud either. Seems like a good deal so far. I did buy the extended warranty but I received no paperwork on that so I'll have to check with Sams Club.

This generator really saved the day during Hurricane Ian!! Extremely easy to setup. Started first push of a button and served us well. We were so impressed that our daughter bought one the very next day! We are following manufacturer's maintenance schedule and expect this to last for years.

Thankfully, I've only had to use it a couple of times, but it works GREAT! I have it wired to the breaker panel with a generator lockout kit and it powers my entire house. It's physical size is smaller and lighter than any other I looked at, so it allows me to keep it in the garage and wheel it outside thru the utility door when I need it. I'm 70 years old and 150 lbs. and can handle it with no trouble. Highly recommend it.

Own a SUA12000E since February 2020, and have it permanently connected to house through a double throw switch. The machine has 185 Hrs on it now. Unfortunately at 160 Hrs it dropped the inlet valve while connected to the house wrecking the cylinder head, replaced head and got the machine running again. Root cause was the valve retainer being worn out. New head I did not install the rotator on the inlet because that was causing the retainer to turn and wear. Anyhow apart from that the machine runs well and has no problem powering my complete house, even with big loads applied it hardly struggles. I can recommend this machine but you have to take care of it, I change oil every 50Hrs (despite that the manual states every 100), also installed Magnetic Oil drain plugs to keep the oil cleaner. I check Valve clearances at the same time (don't wait for the 200hrs according to the manual). This Maintenance takes less then half an hour of your time and is worth it.

It was my first time using this generator, and it ran remarkably without issues. Very pleased!
