I've had this generator for 4 years and it runs like a champ. I did my first tune up on it. Changed the oil, spark plug and cleaned the air filter.

Great product at a very affordable price. Customer service is also top notch.

so far so good!

Worked good

i live 75 miles from the gulf just north of houston tx i bought this unit as my 5th generator most ones on the market were several thousands for any thing over 10k this unit will stand up to any i have needed it several times like the recent 9 degree snow fall and it worked out standing i would give this unit a 5 star rating

Great delivery and person was so helpful too

Easy to set up ,special delivery free an started right up

The generator started right away which is always a good sign. It's loud but not bad for how large of a machine.

We received this item and started it up with no problem however it would not hold a charge on the battery. I called the company and had a new battery with in a couple of days. Could not expect anything better than this.

Thankfully, I've only had to use it a couple of times, but it works GREAT! I have it wired to the breaker panel with a generator lockout kit and it powers my entire house. It's physical size is smaller and lighter than any other I looked at, so it allows me to keep it in the garage and wheel it outside thru the utility door when I need it. I'm 70 years old and 150 lbs. and can handle it with no trouble. Highly recommend it.
