I bought this Generator from Sam's club October 1, 2019. It was delivered in one week. I just had a chance to set it up and run it today. Installing wheels, bracket and hooking up the battery are extremely easy. The unit is heavy, but very managable once the wheels are attached. It does require slightly more oil than is provided (about 1 1/4 bottles) I attached the battery and placed a gas in the tank. I guess the amount of gas I used was so low I couldn't read it on the gas meter on the top. I think I used about one gallon. (It ran for 2.5 hours before running out of gas, which was my objective to break in the motor and replace the oil. It read an earlier review about it not putting out power. There is a breaker (38 watt) on the panel that must be turned on for the unit to produce power. You also have to turn the gas line on. I choked the unit and it fired up on the first try. My house is wired for a generator. (50amp breaker) I ran this one for 20 minutes with no load and then flipped the switch to my entire house. This unit is a beast. It's no louder than my previous generator. It ran my entire house (2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 TV, lights, fans etc.) It also powered my 50 gallon electric hot water heater with no problems. I tried to turn my 5 ton (14 seer) Trane heat pump on with all the other large items off, but the AC would not start, I assume the surge was too strong for the generator (generator did not cut off) I stopped the AC unit because I didn't want to damage it. I could easily run 3 burners on my stove top while watching TV. I could turn on (2) 1500 electric heaters without it bogging down. It took 2.4 hours for that one gallon of gas to run out so I could change the oil and store the unit. Essentially the unit will run my entire (without my 5 ton HVAC) I'm sure it would handle a 3 ton HVAC unit. The unit seems to be built well with a good finish. It's small and compact, but heavy like any other generator this size. I highly recommend this unit for the price and power and ease to crank. (I hope I never need it, but if I do, I'm confident it would my needs.

i bought this unit on display at my Sams club. one of seven. i called my wife to bring a credit card so as to buy this deal as i had been comparative shopping. three were sold while i waited.i got home read the manual gased up oiled up,pushed the button and" Bingo" ihit the jackpot. ran smooth for one hour. bought the Reliance 10 switch with a 20 foot cord and it installed by qualified electricians.I"m very happy with the results.........Frankie "c"
