I purchased following extended power outages from hurricanes Florence and Michael in the fall of 2018. This appears to be a very high quality and well built product with excellent features (multiple outlets, high capacity, fuel gauge, fuel shutoff, hour-meter, electric start, and large wheels for easy mobility). I have not yet used this unit so cannot comment on loudness or how well it maintains desired circuits when necessary. I would recommend having this unit in your garage. Hard to beat the price, capacity, and quality.

Arrived on time works like a charm , its a bit noisy but it works good for what i need i recommend to buy

I bought this generator a few weeks ago. Very easy to unpack and setup. I followed the instructions, and the it started up immediately. I haven't had a chance to put it to use as yet, but it very encouraging that it starts so easy.

Works fine. Came damaged but customer service sent me the broken part replacement. I was able to power my entire house 2000 sq ft including the central AC. The only con is that it is quite noisy. I may make a box for it to help with the noise.

I'm very happy with the generator. I had a power plug-in installed on the outside of house. My power hasn't went out yet but I have turned on the generator and turned off power to house to check how it powers the house. Works great!!!

Got generator delivered in timely fashion, assembled it with no problems and let it run for about 15 minutes, Wheels seem to be poor quality, but time and use will tell for that as well as reliability. thanks

Shipped on time. I used a rain check and got it for $600. Came with oil and battery! Minor assembly but it is a little heavy. Started right up. Great genny if u can get it on sale

This generator has enough power to run most of the circuits in my house. It's needed because I live in Florida and hurricanes can cot off power. Great bargain even at the regular price.

The generator had no spark and didn't start at first. It turns out the assembly wasn't complete. My husband called and the person on the phone knew right away what had to be connected. It runs great now.

We purchased the 12000e in 2022 because we are in a hurricane area and also have poor electric infrastructure. We have used this unit many, many times, and it works and runs without fail. I use my lawn tractor to move it because of the distance from storage to the house. It could use fatter tires in my opinion. This unit is worth every penny, and it handles our 18,00 sq ft home with ease.
