It's a waste of space. I put chicken in it and it didn't freeze. In fact, nothing freezes. The middle horizontal sections ruins the refrigerator. It was so bad that we returned it.

The ability to watch TV or other media while in the kitchen is pretty awesome. The beverage center is a game-changer in our home, where we drink a lot of water. Our only wish was that the freezer had more space; that is the only downside for us. We have only had it a month, and overall we really like this fridge.

I love the smooth flat finish it has with no bulky handles! I especially love the motion sensor it has to open the doors!!! This is not something I knew about it when I purchased it and I was absolutely amazed! Love how it has plenty of space to organize different items and spacious it is! Everything js easily accessible! All food items are cooled well and it seems to be consistent with taking the photos when you grab something or add something to the fridge.

The streaming entertainment is fantastic with music and TV at my fingertips. The only downside is the price.

I also was sure to add the 7 years extended warranty, with my purchase because I was made aware that any appliance created after 2012 has a life of 7-10 years. A true upgrade on the new Bespoke refrigerator is that it has the ice maker down below. I was told by a certified refrigerator repair man that if I was to get another one of these refrigerators, I had to make sure that the ice-maker was not in the upper part of the refrigerator as those tend to need repairs more frequently. The hub is also super helpful for shopping lists, calendar events and just to play music in the kitchen. The kids love using the whiteboard feature and Alexa on there as well. Functionally, I love being able to see what’s in the fridge inventory but the AI often mistakes food items so it requires manual intervention often. The automatic open door feature seemed useful up to a point but only opens the door a little bit so it’s only good when your hands are full. Otherwise, it just takes too long and is easier to do yourself. In terms of the freezer, we love the freezer capacity and the ice maker! Overall, great purchase!
