The many doors, compartments, and temperature settings allow for a high level on control. Being able to adjust the settings using the screen makes it quick and efficient to do so. The A.I. camera that tells you want is placed in or removed from the refrigerator helps keep track of items. Being able to change the panels and the overall look of the refrigerator keeps it getting boring and adapting to different futures changes someone may make to their kitchens or celebrate holidays. I wasn’t sure I’d like the water dispenser inside the door, but turns out I love it. Much neater appearance without it on the exterior. The autofill pitcher with fruit diffuser is awesome. I also like the ice make much better than I did. A major upgrade from the previous Family Hub models with the exterior dispenser. Many cool features, and the tablet is noticeably larger with some added features. Hoping it has the longevity equal to the best in the Industry.

It looks beautiful in our kitchen and gives the space a very clean, modern, and high-end look. The inside is spacious, well organized, and has plenty of room for groceries and drinks. So far, the refrigerator has been quiet and keeps everything consistently cold. We also love the sleek design and how easy it is to keep everything organized. It definitely feels like an upgrade from a traditional refrigerator. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend the Samsung Bespoke fridge to anyone looking for something stylish, spacious, and functional.

The storage is good ice is great. All the perks are fun. I haven’t figured out exactly how to get the camera to register the food that I want to instead of just my hand, but that’s user error and me figuring out the angles. Obviously the speaker is mono not stereo- it is a refrigerator after all, but I’m not looking to DJ from there.

The basic refrigeration functions work very well, and the performance has been reliable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The screen responsiveness is not great, the door alignment remains an issue even after it was adjusted during installation, and some of the apps crash repeatedly. Other than these issues, I am satisfied with the refrigerator and its overall performance.

Capacity was perfect. Auto fill jug is life saver. Middle drawer is another highlight. Kids now use calendar on tablet to know their day and add events this made life simple.

My favorite feature is the FlexZone drawer because I can switch it between refrigerator and freezer space whenever I need to. We're big fans of the water filter not being near the floor; we don't have to bend down and pull off panes to do that anymore. Also, having the water dispenser behind the door means our kids can use the fridge wtihout having easy acces to the dispenser to make a bit of a mess; What a relief! It does an excellent job keeping our beverages cool and easy to access. We disabled the auto open option, as it was a little *too* accessible for our little ones. The kids also exposed that the glass fronts are fingerprint magnets. Overall we are enjoying our purchase!

Love having the ice maker in bottom of the fridge. The water dispenser with automatic refill is awesome. The doors are easy open and makes everything in our fridge accessible. The other features that I liked most about this refrigerator is that it had a whole touch screen tablet on one of the door and the doors also opens automatically with the sensors.

The functions with the screen right on the door is great and easy use. We use the apps that are in there while cooking, cleaning etc. Its keeps temp where we want it and ne er fails. We satisfied with all our Samsung products because the software is consistent whether is the appliances or our tech devices. Not to mention, it's always a topic of conversation when we have people over because it looks amazing and stands out!

The touch screen is giant like so huge and I can connect it to my ring cameras at home and watch them from the screen. The camera food tracking AI is cool to keep track of food and it doesn’t ignore the other storage parts of the fridge, you can also add what food is in the freezer and pull out drawer and there’s cameras for left and right door if the fridge which is so helpful to see without opening. We are loving the auto open buttons as well and the huge capacity.
