Already integrated a bunch of devices and I’m looking forward to using the AI Vision. It has a TON of space and the shelves were easy to remove and clean.

Ice maker jams periodically,but even with those issues it still functions as supposed to. Temperature is very consistent,needs to have light on option on the water/ice dispenser and temp memory from recovery from power failure .

The flex drawer is great for children's drinks, sandwich meats, and other snacks that need to be cold. Freezer is deep and has a good capacity. Dual ice trays are okay wish small ice was the pellet ice. Overall great quality buy.

Also, the door which has the water tank is very thick and doesn’t allow much space to open. Therefore, you must have a much larger gap away from the wall to open than a usual fridge door. Besides these 2 inconveniences for me, the fridge works very well. It cools perfectly and has a lot of room and deep drawers. I am pleased with the large hub and its apps are convenient and very helpful. I love the food recipes suggestions.

I took me a while to get comfortable with the user interface although as a Mac user it's growing on me. Also love the integration of the AI Family Hub with general home automation. We were so impressed with Samsung we just ordered the Bespoke gas range/oven!

The matte black finish is great because it doesn't show fingerprints at all. Having the two doors on top means everything you use daily is right at eye level, And i love the computer screen im thinking of what art slide show to put on it. And the two freezer drawers on the bottom make it super easy to organize frozen food without having to dig through a giant pile. It’s got a good amount of room, keeps everything perfectly cold, and just makes the whole kitchen look way upgraded.

Space is being wasted by the water pitcher and the ice bucket. A refrigerator this large should be expected to accommodate a mid-sized family with ease. The ice bucket literally takes half of the upper freezer shelf. I personally don't know anyone who this would be useful to, unless it's a large family with kids, which goes back to the issue of space in general. The movement of the shelves to make more space is also very limited so, anything taller than a gallon of milk won't fit unless you remove an entire shelf. Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

Hopefully this one will last longer than the first one. Make sure to purchase a warranty to be safe. I like this one better as it has that second drawer feature that you can adjust the temperature to refrigeration or to a freezer drawer. So far i am enjoying my refrigerator. I dont regret investing in another Samsung refrigerator.
