[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge. Only complaints are it’s easily smudged and the ice maker doesn’t always dispense ice evenly, it’ll get backed up in the back and start spilling over.

Samsung products have become very low quality. I purchased this refrigerator and with less than 5 years of normal usage, the whole unit has stopped working. Once i called Samsung, they CAN send someone to take a look, but i will have to pay out of pocket for the quote, the labor and anything else not read on their fine print 5 years ago. Just stay away from all appliances from this brand

DO NOT BUY, broke within 2 hours of install after update was pushed to Family Hub, Thing is a brick now. Then they tell us they cant fix it, and we can return it and buy another one to replace it, with no time line on when we would have a functional fridge. Then to top it off they no longer have our old fridge they took away.

We saw it at the store again and I sold my fridge and to be honest, this one is smaller in size but has more room inside. I love the water features on the inside that keeps the outside looking clean. The ability to watch a cooking show in my kitchen, on the fridge, is amazing! We love having the ability to view so many apps in the area we spend most of our time. I cook everyday now! The middle drawer that can be fridge or freezer makes it more efficient to plan meals for the week. Also being able to view the meal planner on the fridge helps. And of course the best part is being at the grocery store and ordering if you have something and having the ability to see what’s inside. It also sees what you put in and what you take out. At first I thought it was a little creepy but now I don’t know how to live without it. There is so much more…

You can do anything with the Ai support.This is what you call smart home and I don’t see any other brands have this technology..i will stick with Samsung for ever.

Being able to do them on the app makes it so easy. I've had this refrigerator over a month and. It's the best refrigerator I have ever had. No problems at all. Very easy to install. And the AI. Features are fantastic.

Beautiful 4-door refrigerator. Nice not to have handles in the way as you walk by. Larger capacity than our old Samsung refrigerator, but fits in the same spot. Like that the ice maker was moved to the freezer, thus giving more room inside the refrigerator.
