It has many awesome features but the best one are screen and autofil pitcher. Auto fill pitcher is really so much convenient,once I started using it I am not going back. The screen has so many features , the star one is AI. It's amazing it captures every product and you can put expiry date and also order. The screen also provides great resource for videos and recipe watch. So far I use it two times and it perfect assist. The screen shows energy consumption, also can set temperature easily from outside. The middle section can be easily adjusted to presets temperature for various needs. The ice cubes in freezer also has scoop and it's so convenient. Also, it has auto-open door. I have now started using this feature all the time, just touch and it opens. The doors easily store 2 gallons in my 23 cubic ft one. It feels spacious for a 23 cubic one. I am really glad I waited for all these features and feels a great convenient upgrade. It also has low noise compared to my old fridge, and it has an option to turn off ice making at night time right from the screen. I really happy with this refrigerator. It's so cool, Samsung is by miles ahead in technology and convenient features.

First the delivery was VIP experience. I didn’t have to lift a finger. My delivery went as smooth as possible setting up my refrigerator and when they left, it was ready to use. I began taking off all of the plastic protecting covering, and I was amazed at the design of my new Samsung refrigerator. The doors Are so sleep. The outside is made out of what looks like glass material. I’m loving the flex drawer. I use it for my children’s snacks and drinks. I love the built-in water dispenser and the water pitcher. I absolutely love the ability to access the water without fully opening the entire refrigerator. Getting into the AI technology of my refrigerator it lets me know when something is taken out or put in the refrigerator. I will say that this model and design is by far the best refrigerator that I’ve own.

The AI features are incredibly helpful for knowing all the items that are in the fridge. With 2 young kids it is very important for me to know what I need to replenish before I get home. The beverage center is so wonderful. The instant fast fill water pitcher is incredibly helpful on hot days. The dual ice maker is amazing. You can have a full-size cubed ice along with nugget size ice cubes as well- you can easily pour these nugget size ice cubes in any water bottles. One of the convenient features that I have been using regularly is the auto open door option. All you have to do is gently touch the sensors which are located on each side of the doors to open – very helpful when you are bringing in eggs and milk from the store. Wishing that the screen size was slightly bigger, but you can increase the font size within the settings. The built in speakers are loud and you can control the volume of the speakers. You tube app along with various other apps are included. You can also view various recipes within the meal planner app. Spotify app is included!!! I also love the black glossy front panels that help minimize smudges and fingerprints- and it so easy to clean.

I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! I miss the easy ice/water dispenser where they're in one place and I don't have to open a drawer, push back a drawer with two hands to get ice, and then open another door to get water. You added more steps when everyone else is looking to move faster. You need to know where things are. There is the outer door, inner doors, and the drawer. Organization is key and you have to remember where everything is. And the ice maker being in the freezer means a smaller freezer -- that's a hard shift. Otherwise, it's a great fridge. Just prioritize what you want, your habits, and whether your fridge is where you want to prioritize change. The AI? It takes pictures of your hand and whatever you take in and out of the fridge. I haven't been able to figure out the drawers or freezer yet. I think you have to manually add those. Then you can connect Instacart, but I haven't done that yet... Also, you can play videos on youtube which is fun, but it's not like the speakers are great, the screen is small, and it doesn't keep playing in the background. So what's the point? Overall I like the depth of the drawers and containers. It easily stores my food for four weekly at home meals + condiments + breakfast items/fruit.

This fridge has all the features I have been looking for from a larger fridge space to a water station to having raising canes like ice cubes. And the new AI feature is really cool. I can now check what’s in my fridge from the store. I have found myself needing to check if I remembered to take my dogs wet foot out to thaw out and this new AI feature is great. The auto open door takes a little getting used to and sometimes will activate even when trying to open the fridge manually but once you get used to it, it works well.
