The hub is also super helpful for shopping lists, calendar events and just to play music in the kitchen. The kids love using the whiteboard feature and Alexa on there as well. Functionally, I love being able to see what's in the fridge inventory but the AI often mistakes food items so it requires manual intervention often. The automatic open door feature seemed useful up to a point but only opens the door a little bit so it's only good when your hands are full. Otherwise, it just takes too long and is easier to do yourself. In terms of the freezer, we love the freezer capacity and the ice maker! Overall, great purchase!

The ai features are what your concerned about most. It does a decent job of cataloging the contents of the fridge but, it will make mistakes and miss what was taken out or put in; from time to time. I tried one recipe from the fridge, the recipe was decent. What you are going to do is binge youtube for recipes on the fridge. Also, leaving notes on the fridge is such a great feature. You will use it far more than you think. And make sure your family photos are sync, you can display them on the fridge. Fair warning, people will crowd your kitchen.
