I love the features and connectivity of the Samsung Bespoke, especially the SmartThings hub built in. The only feature I don't like is that it beeps every time the door is opened and to shut it off you have to shut of the alarm that lets you know if a door is left open by mistake. Also I wish it had an ice dispenser. Kind of a PIA to open the freezer and have to slide the ice lid back every time you want ice!

Great refrigerator. We saw this one of our friends home and fell love with the white color and 32 inch tablet. Capacity was perfect. Auto fill jug is life saver. Middle drawer is another highlight. Kids now use calendar on tablet to know their day and add events this made life simple.

The 29 cu\. ft\. capacity gives us plenty of room for everything, and the four\-door design makes it so easy to organize food and keep everything within reach\. The AI features are a game changer\. The AI Vision technology is really convenient, and the Auto Open Door feature is one of my favorite things—especially when my hands are full\. The Family Hub screen is also a great addition for keeping things organized and making the refrigerator feel like a true smart appliance\.

I had the original bespoke French door refrigerator and really liked it a lot. The new generation with the larger family hub screen takes it to the next level. The many doors, compartments, and temperature settings allow for a high level on control. Being able to adjust the settings using the screen makes it quick and efficient to do so. The A.I. camera that tells you want is placed in or removed from the refrigerator helps keep track of items. Being able to change the panels and the overall look of the refrigerator keeps it getting boring and adapting to different futures changes someone may make to their kitchens or celebrate holidays. Along with the option to protect your refrigerator with extended warranties makes it easy to recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this refrigerator yesterday but so far it's great. The storage is good ice is great. All the perks are fun. I haven't figured out exactly how to get the camera to register the food that I want to instead of just my hand, but that's user error and me figuring out the angles. Obviously the speaker is mono not stereo- it is a refrigerator after all, but I'm not looking to DJ from there.

The Ice maker had some issues when we first got it, we hope that has been resolved now, although there is still a strange frost all over the ice maker tray- almost as if air is getting inside. I love the size of the refrigerator, but the fingerprints are horrible ! The water pitcher is a winner- can't liv without that again, great feature. The screen is a bit much, I was star struck in the store by all the tech but now that it's here, it's all very clunky and unnecessary. The Alexa interferes with every Alexa in my house The memo pad function only works half the time. I wish I had gotten this fridge without the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy being able to open the refrigerator without using your hands, also I like that the ice cubes are now at the bottom instead of at the top, also the response time of the refrigerator is very quick there is no lag. I also like that it recognizes the food that is put in the refrigerator.

We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement's screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don't work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don't provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I've spent time on their website trying to find a user's manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.
