[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful and thus far the screen apps are easy to use. We love the size, however we do not like the following issues: the ice maker has failed 2 times in our four years of ownership. Now that we are out of warranty we fear that we will have to regularly pay for maintenance in ice maker. This beautiful refrigerator/freezer is too much of an investment to have issues with an ice maker and require replacement parts. Other than that it’s beautiful and fits the aesthetics of our home.

Have had the fridge for a week and are thoroughly enjoying it. Appreciate the integration with SmartThings and how it allows us to check on the equipment remotely, make changes, add shopping list, etc...from our phones. The space is more than enough for our family, and it feels cavernous compared to what we had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. No problems so far. Love the screen. Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

The layout of the fridge and cold drawer is great. The freezer with ice tray installed is a bit of a pain at times but nothing enough for a drop in stars. Setting power consumption and being able to review has dropped our electric bill by at least $50. We have guests for the summer and they love the ability to bring up our security cameras on the screen to know when their ride has arrived or to watch news as they prepare their lunches.

I've been using this refrigerator for several months, and I'm still just as impressed as I was on day one. It has plenty of space, keeps everything fresh, and the AI features are actually useful. The Auto Open Door is incredibly convenient when my hands are full, and the Family Hub has become part of our daily routine. It's stylish, quiet, and has been a great addition to our kitchen. Highly recommend!

This new Bespoke AI 4-door French door refrigerator is beautiful. There’s plenty of space for everything. I like the touchless door feature and the water pitcher is a great touch. I just received it and put it in Power Cool & Power freeze mode. It does take a different filter than its predecessor, the Family Hub. So far so great!

Dry appealing product, screen is just magnificent and humongous! Feature plenty and amazing from auto open door to better product quality overall such as ice buckets of both cubes and crushed plus water feature an absolute miracle too! We are very satisfied! It sure was another investment but the return is just fulfilling and satisfying! I’d recommend this product to anyone who want an upgrade that not only adds aesthetics but makes your family life easier with added entertainment!

Things I love: the accessibility of the beverage center, the sleek design and space of this fridge. Having a flex drawer is salsa nice so beverages are taking up prime fridge space for food items. The technology is is fairly easy to use and user friendly as well, as well as getting it paired up with the Smart Things app. Still working out the ‘items removed’ from fridge notifications and pictures, unsure if this will be helpful to us in the future to manage shopping. The autofill water pitcher a wonderful perk - we use it daily and the refill is fast. Things to consider: The French doors are glass and do not have handles, so regular wiping down the surface to clear finger prints will be a regular thing. I wish the door storage shelves could be configured and not stationary. There’s items that are too tall that I wish could be stored there. Overall it’s a sleek, intuitive large fridge, and we’re very happy with our purchase so far.
