Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. If I had to pick my favorite feature overall, I’d say it’s the smart view of the inside of the fridge. It actually surprised me how useful that turned out to be. I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just when you thought you'd seen it all, Samsung goes and does something like this. I mean, a 32" screen on your fridge?! You didnt know you needed one until you have one, believe me. Is it a little crazy and over the top? Yes. But its functionally and uses are actually super helpful. So first things first, fridge functions. It does all the great stuff a regular fridge does, but better. Cooling is controlled via the app (fridge, flex drawer, freezer) which you can adjust on the fly and shows you the current temp and setting. The freezer has plenty of space and the dual ice feature (cubes and bites) is rad. Onto the beverage center, the auto-fill pitcher is super convenient and can be turned on or off within the Smart Things app. We leave it on since we have a house RO system so we have the option of cold water whenever. Otherwise, you can store plenty of drinks in the bev center door, which is super handy so youre not opening the whole fridge just to grab a drink. The flex drawer is great for keeping kids juices and refrigerated snacks chilled and accessible. The main fridge area somehow seems larger than our previous Samsung french door style fridge, so no worries there, plenty of storage for a family of five. Last but not least, the mondo screen... It is basically a huge Samsung tablet on your fridge. It connects to the internet, has YouTube, AI Vision (scans food as it goes into the fridge), Smart Things so you can control your smart home from the screen. It really comes in handy more than you'd think! All in all, was it worth it? For sure!

Firstly, the doors open and close functions works on sensors and falsely report open door indiciator a few times a week. The beverage center is convenient to use and the auto fill sensor for the jug is a cool feature. The glass on the front looks fragile and not recommended for a household with young kids. On the plus side, the display panel looks awesome and it has a lot of useful applications including weather app, integration with Ring smart camera, Youtube to name a few. Controlling the functions using phone app is cool and easy. .The Dual Auto Ice Makers with Ice Bites™ and Cubed Ice is one of the best feature of this fridge. The lighting is good and make it very easy to find the stuff kept inside. The Twin Cooling Plus™ ensures food preservation for longer duration. The counter depth fits perfectly well in the kitchen space. Overall, it is a good refrigerator for anyone who wants a high tech feature loaded fridge.

I purchased the model with a AI capability and a giant screen. You don’t really know how the fridge works until you have it sitting in your kitchen and you start playing with it. I’ve been able to watch YouTube., Listen to music see what’s inside of my refrigerator not have to touch the handles at the bottom to open up the refrigerator. I also like that I was able to hook up my camera from outside and receiving a receiving an alert and a video of who is at my front door when the bell rings. The freezer storage is plenty full and I love that I have a choice of ice cubes. I also have the bespoke stove and I was able to hook up through Wi-Fi my stove and refrigerator so if I’m preheating my stove once it’s done preheating a message will pop up on my refrigerator letting me know that the stove is done preheating. I downloaded the smart things app to my phone and I’m able to manage the refrigerator while I’m away or if I’m in the grocery store I can check out what is inside the refrigerator. The self filling water pitcher is such a cool addition. It comes in handy, especially on hot days. it’s nice to always have cold. Filtered water ready for you. I don’t know if it’s because of a new refrigerator, but the lighting is very bright and the shelving inside the refrigerator is very spacious. I’m excited to have a cheese drawer however, I can also use the drawer for other purposes and manage the temperature. The delivery and installation was really quick and the gentleman who installed the refrigerator reviewed the refrigerator before he let me start to touch the screen. It is a pretty easy set up and you can also program it for a different language. i’m so happy I purchased the refrigerator and I can’t wait to continue to use it.

Not only do we have plenty of room, but the technology on this fridge is over the top. Once connected to wifi and the Samsung SmartThings App, the huge display is a source of entertainment. From Samsung TV, to music, to Amazon Alexa, to Ring cameras and more, there's no end to what you can display. I can find recipes, and make a grocery list all in one step. The kids like to doodle and make notes on the whiteboard too! The Flex Drawer can be customized and temperature cooled appropriately based on its contents. The Dual Ice Maker is located in the freezer, and we have had good luck keeping the buckets full. And I absolutely love the Beverage Center! Located in the left main door, you can get water from the internal dispenser or from the AutoFill Water Pitcher. The storage is abundant, and we have no problem with space for our active family of 4! I highly recommend this product and look forward to many years of enjoyment!
