I love all the amazing features like tapping the door and it opening on its own and the two type of ice it produces! It has been super easy to clean and looks phenomenal in my kitchen. I like that it has echo built in so alexa can help with any questions or needs. Another super cool feature is you can order instacart directly from the fridge for new groceries!! I have yet to find anything I didn't like about my new fridge.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with AI Home in Charcoal Glass Top and Stainless Steel for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the most helpful features is the AI view inside the fridge. It shows actual pictures of what’s in there, which is a lifesaver when I’m out shopping and can’t remember if we’re low on something. The Family Hub is something my whole household uses. Our favorite feature on it is the calendar—we use it every day to keep track of everyone’s schedules. It’s been a huge help in keeping us organized. We also leave little notes or reminders for each other, and sometimes we’ll pull up a recipe video right from the door while cooking. The cooling performance is strong, and everything stays fresh. I especially love the middle drawer. We use it for quick grab items like string cheese, deli meat, fruit cups, and yogurt. It’s super convenient for packing lunches or snacks. If I had to pick my favorite feature overall, I’d say it’s the smart view of the inside of the fridge. It actually surprised me how useful that turned out to be. Our old fridge was at least 15 years old and a side by side. This refrigerator is packed with so much additional tech it’s the best upgrade we have ever had. The French door style is amazing the space we now have is the best. The large touch screen is great for leaving notes and posting photos to display. Not to mention the ability to watch YouTube on the screen and follow along while cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive refrigerator, the touch screen on the door is very helpful to remind me what I need to purchase to stock up, but this type of product is not for everyone, if you’re computer smart and know how to use this to your advantage by all means this is for you. The color and style fits perfectly in our kitchen. On the screen it has a meal planner for the week and we can look up and store recipes as needed. There are no handles sticking out for us to bump into, the home screen displays the current temperature outside and has a calendar that you can post events as reminders and has a feature that tells you how much power your home is using. I really like the ice maker it makes large and small ice cubes and has a built-in water pitcher that will refill itself after each use. I also have my Ring doorbell camera connected to it so if someone comes to the door, I just have to look at the refrigerator door to see who's there. It also works with Alexa, or it has Bixby that is also available. This refrigerator has so many features to make things easier for us.

The two tone makes it pop. The best feature of the fridge is the beverage center. With the auto fill pitcher, filling up my glass of water has been a breeze. The door assist feature is great too, and I’m sure people with accessibility issues will find it to be the best feature. The built-in touchscreen is great. It runs Tenzin OS not Android so you’re losing a lot of features but as a fridge, you don’t need that. Just the basics. The AI features are great too and using the smart things app makes it easier to see what’s in your fridge. The screen is somewhat optional to use not required for the full function of the fridge that is there and I’m sure people could find a lot of uses for it. My only con is the glass portion of the fridge is a fingerprint magnet and the bottom drawer is a bit hard to pull out but overall this has been an amazing fridge. Anybody looking to get a new fridge should consider the four-door French style Samsung refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looked amazing as we were shopping, but after using it for a few days now, it's even better than we expected. The Family Hub screen has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Simple things like having a convenient place to put notes, quickly check our family calendar, or where we can have recipes has been very useful. The way the fridge will "scan" items as you take them in an out is also very cool. It doesn't always properly identify them, but we're moving so quickly in and out that I'm surprised it catches them at all. It usually does a pretty good job of recognizing most things though. The cameras inside to view what is in both doors is also excellent. We also really like the auto-open doors, by placing your hand under the sensor on each side. Very useful for when you're needing something out of the fridge, but either don't have a free hand, or maybe you have something on your hands at the moment. One of our other standout features, is the beverage center. Giving easy access to water, either from the pitcher, or from the push to fill. Having a pitcher with cold water that is automatically refilled is excellent. And having the usual push to fill inside the door is nice as well. Making the water cooler no matter which you choose. Organization is excellent with all the space inside, and how things are divided. Including the middle drawer, which we use for soda cans and still have space for more. The freezer is also excellent in organization, with the ice scooping area up top, and a good amount of space below that. This has been a huge upgrade for us. We're really loving it so far.

Even our 6 year old daughter said she loves the new refrigerator and uses the drawing app everyday to leave her mark in the kitchen. My favorite feature is the auto filling water pitcher that always guarantees me a cup of fresh cold water. Another plus is having 2 kinds of ice. My wife enjoys using YouTube on the fridge for recipe videos while she cooks too. The entire refrigerator itself has plenty of room for all of our groceries.

French Door Refrigerator has exceeded all our family's expectations. The first thing you notice is its giant 32" touchscreen and the Samsung Family Hub. This customizable display has plenty of features to include entertainment (TV, music), calendar with reminders, and even a very cool recipe app that recommends recipes based on cuisine preferences and food availability. The inside is spacious! There is plenty of shelf space, door space, a customizable FlexDrawer, a super convenient Beverage center and one of its best features, a Dual Ice Maker in the freezer, where it belongs! The Auto Open Door feature works quite well, and we find that placing our hand there assists when opening the door naturally. The refrigerator easily connects to Samsung's SmartThings app, and alerts are available when the door is left open or any issues with the refrigerator. From the app, I can use the AI Vision to see what items are currently in the refrigerator doors, change temperatures to include freezer, select power cool and power freeze which quickly cools the appliance. and even add pictures to the Family Hub to be displayed in the gallery. We are enjoying our new technology and very spacious refrigerator, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge Review This New Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Family Hub is an absolute MONSTER! Enormous isn’t the right word, but it’s all in mostly positive ways! The amount of space provided in the fridge and freezer is fully maximized by removing the ice section from the main refrigerator. The beverage center is completely built into one of the door panels which allows for easy access to the door shelves, but also protects the water dispenser by placing it behind the door. This fridge also has a built in pitcher right next to the door that will fill up on its own. It is only large enough to fill a few glasses, but the smaller than a gallon size men’s my son can grab it on his own without any need for assistance or concerns for how he’ll handle it. The family hub though is the real star of this model! It’s fully replaced other kitchen devices, Alexa’s, and iPads in my kitchen. It keeps track of the fridges contents, with pictures. It has space for notes to be left from my son, which he loves! It has a section that will compile recipes based on what ingredients I have in the fridge already, and that’s all before you consider access to YouTube, sports scores, weather, my daily calendar, and so many other apps. Some younger family members recently came over and discovered a rubix cube game. Overall I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a significant space upgrade in terms of size, with all the tech perks. My knees also love that the freezer is on the bottom, but both levels can be viewed from above! Who knew the coolest thing I’d own would be my refrigerator.
