[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks. No problems so far. Love the screen. Alexa and Smart Things capability is terrific. Very easy to set up via WiFi connection via Smart Things. Took just over 24 hours to initially get cool and freezer to freeze. I don't see a setting to set the volume of ice produced. I would like to see a little more ice produced.

Ice maker jams periodically,but even with those issues it still functions as supposed to. Temperature is very consistent,needs to have light on option on the water/ice dispenser and temp memory from recovery from power failure .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Samsung four-door 4 1/2 years ago And the icemaker stopped working luckily We were under warranty so We Were refunded the money promptly And went and got another refrigerator This time we have the pull out beverage drawer Which we absolutely love and a big screen which is better than the last one. we love this product would recommend it.
