We love the look and functionality of your Bespoke refrigerator, however, within the first year the ice maker broke. Now it appears there is something wrong with the compressor (just three years old). The problem is there are no available repair techs in our area even though we live in a larger metropolitan area.

The inside camera helps us keep track of what we’re running low on or what is expiring. It is a beautiful design and addition to our kitchen!

Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

We chose this refrigerator for its size and functionality, especially the separate drawer that makes it easy to grab our favorite snacks. I also love the side screen feature, which lets us view our calendar and leave notes for each other. The only downside: fingerprints!

Purchased in January 2025 for my new house under construction. Connected the refrigerator in June and next day it leaked and did a lot of damage. Called Samsung for repair and 3 months passed and still waiting for Samsung warranty fix my refrigerator.

It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I’d buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.
