I used to get the item # 980281142 underwear diapers in L/XL fit great worked well comfortable! But I guess they cost too much or didn't sell enough, any way the new ones are alot smaller, I'm a 40 waist, but the l/xl now is very tight. Can't imagine how someone lager then me could ever wear these. Bring back the older style Please!

One of the reasons I have kept my Sam's Club membership active is to buy these for my husband, who has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. They used to fit well, were absorbant enough to get him through the night, and he could usually get them on and off himself. Now they are ridiculously small and uncomfortable. The "improvements" are terrible.

I've been using these the last few nights. My first comment is that they do not cover where they need to cover. These are supposed to be for men, but they seem to be made symmetrical. This means the pad does not seem to cover where, at least on my body, I tend to urinate. Compared to depends the pad inside the brief comes up to the front about 2 to 3 inches lower. This does not work well for me. The first heavy night I had they leaked all over the place. The fluid went out nowhere near the pad. I would not recommend these for anyone who wants to stay dry overnight.

My spouse does NOT like the grey ones as well as the previous white ones. The elastic in the grey briefs does not grip as well, so the briefs feel loose and they don't stay up as well. The white briefs previously worked very well for him, but now he just says "They're okay" with a disappointed tone. (Note that these grey ones were rolled out in winter, so nobody here in Michigan can whether they will be as breathable in the summer heat.) We would be perfectly happy if Sam's went back to the white briefs that were previously easy to buy in the Club.

I used to like these, but now that they come in gray I don't. I sweat more with them and I also break out in a rash, which never happened with the white ones. I used to use Depends and suffered the same symptoms, then tried the Member's Mark brand and great results. Please go back to the white ones.

I've been buying these for my husband for years. We used to be able to get them in club but have had to order them online for the last year or two. Recently they kept showing as out of stock or not available when I tried to add them to my cart. I even did place two orders that included this item, and this item (and only this item) was canceled after my order had been placed. My husband ran out of his supply while all this was going on so he bought some from Walmart. He didn't like them as much though as he felt they were thinner and less absorbent. We finally just got a box of these in. We used to get white ones; right now only the grey is in stock (the color really doesn't matter at all though, it's whatever). My husband thinks these are different from how they used to be and are now the same as the Walmart ones. This is really unfortunate. I will probably be looking at other options for him.

Do not fit a large man. Will not buy again.

Elastic parts have much less memory than they used to. Quality seems to have changed.

The first time trying them, woke up with a wet bed. Will be returning them.
