The storage capacity alone makes a huge difference—it finally feels like there’s room for everything. What really stands out, though, are the smart features. The built-in auto-fill water pitcher is such a win—it’s always full of cold, filtered water, and adding fruit to it has made staying hydrated a lot more fun. The adjustable middle drawer is another favorite; it’s great having a spot that can switch between functions depending on what we need that week. Also, a small detail we love: the included ice scoop. It’s such a simple touch, but it makes grabbing ice way more hygienic. So far, this fridge has been a total game-changer for our busy household. It’s practical, well-designed, and honestly just makes everyday life smoother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this unit appears in my kitchen. I especially love the fact the ice machine is in the freezer and not in the door. I specifically chose this model for only 1 ice maker as I have an ice maker in my garage that makes the small ice.

We used the fridge for one week and the water started to taste like metal. When we use the water from our tap, we don't get that taste. It appears to be known issue with this model. Not recommended.

I was hesitant to buy another Samsung fridge after the fiasco with their ice maker but it seems that they learned their lesson with the Bespoke, plenty of room and 0 issues after 6 months

I bought this refrigerator for my new house and love it. Great design - love the bespoke - and overall wonderful function. We've had it a couple weeks now and I'm very satisfied. Samsung makes great quality products.
