The prettiest refrigerator I’ve ever owned. The beverage drawer is a big plus as well as the inside water pitcher that can be infused with flavor from fruit etc. For a bespoke item where I dictated colors on the exterior in glass- it is a gem. No more visible finger prints every time it’s touched. And the price was more than 50% cheaper than other glass front refrigerators I won’t lie to say it was a bit challenging to order but with the right appliance store and a very friendly Samsung bot named Theresa - it was definitely worth it!! The cooling always feels on the mark. It seems so much larger inside with the separation of the beverage drawer and the large pockets in the doors for condiments and dressings. And so much easier to access and find items that are smaller. I would definitely buy again.

I love the fact that you can make one side of the freezer one temperature and the other side a whole Nother temperature so really if you wanted three fridge departments you could do that and only have one as a freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this refrigerator seems to be perfect for what we needed. The space is adequate and the included beverage pitcher is very handy. Accessibility is easy and the temperature control is much easier than our last unit.

I decided to replace my refrigerator after the one I had used for the past 17 years started making a lot of noise. The space in my kitchen is tight, with a maximum height of 70 inches, so it was not easy to find a refrigerator that would fit. I was happy to find a Samsung model in the price range I was looking for. However, when the refrigerator was delivered, I discovered that it was slightly taller than the 70-inch height listed in the product specifications. The hinges hit the cabinet above, so I could not push the refrigerator all the way into place. I lowered the leveling legs as much as possible, but it still wouldn’t fit. In the end, I had no choice but to cut away part of the cabinet myself to make enough clearance. Other than this issue, I’m satisfied with the refrigerator so far, both in terms of performance and use of space. I also like the clean, simple design—it looks great without any unnecessary details.

The refrigerator is nice looking, and reasonably priced. Phone help was good. HOWEVER after 1 year, a slow CRACK started developing in the floor of the refrigerator area and continues to grow, where the doors bump into it each time you close it. We have no small children and we don't even use the beverage center. I hoped maybe that "floor" piece could be replaced but they declined, saying "it's cosmetic". When it cracks all the way open, I imagine it will not be cosmetic any longer :(
