With busy schedules for work in school this is become very helpful for us for filling, ice and water in the morning with the ice bin and auto fill pitcher. The sleek design and no fingerprint helps to keep our kitchen nice. The pull out drawer is super nice for individual drinks and birthday parties! I love that it is app connected and we are notified to close the doors and change the filters. The shelves are adjustable to help fit a variety of different items for different events.

Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center, and so far we love everything about it! The only issue I have so far is the doors show fingerprints, but that is a minor thing for us. The positives far outweigh the negative. What we love: 1. Space: tons and tons of space for food 2. Beverage Center: from the always full water pitcher with infuser, to the water dispenser - a cold drink is never far! 3. Cooling Performance: the fridge maintains the desired temp very well and the fridge itself is VERY quiet! Which we love!!! 4. Handleless doors: the front of the fridge is very sleek and modern looking with the hidden door handles. 5. The middle drawer: love the fact that you can have the drawer in the middle change temps depending on what you need it for. I can see this feature being used a ton in the future! What we do not love: 1. The tendency of fingerprints to show up on the doors: However, if you open the door with the hidden handles - fingerprints will never be an issue! If you are in the market for a new fridge, you should absolutley take a look at this Samsung model. We are very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a side by side to this beauty and I am so very blown away by the space and ease of organization in this unit. The lights inside are bright and leave no dark areas. I can fit full platters of food and the middle drawer is so nice to be able to set the temp we need. We are currently using it for the kids for their snacks and drinks so they don’t stand there with the fridge open searching. The dimensions seem like they were a little off as we had to take off some molding to fit, but we are planning on remodeling our kitchen this summer, so this is a perfect jump start. I love the water pitcher in the door. We filled the insert with mint and cucumber and it has been so nice to have cold refreshing water. I also love the adjustable shelf for 2 liters or even larger bulky items. I am super excited when we do the kitchen remodel to order the colored panels for the front! It’s so nice it’s customizable to our style! So far there haven’t been any issues, My only wish is that the book included a quick start guide and tells you to prime the water filter so you don’t have any issues. Would 1000 percent recommend this brand and fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous fridge was a Samsung and still working after 13+ years (gave it to a friend), so we decided to try a new one. Our new Bespoke Fridge has been wonderful. I love the change they made by putting the water on the inside of the door instead of the outside (helps not have drips down the door when filling stuff up). Now there is a pitcher that can AUTO fill itself after you pour the water out and set it back inside the fridge door beverage area, no matter if it is all the way empty or even a little bit empty which is really nice. Pretty cool it auto fills. I use the pitcher all the time to fill up the coffee machine and also to give the dog her water and this makes it nicer and saves time from needing to go get another pitcher to getting multiple refills of water which I can now do in one step! We also decided to buy the white panels and change the color from Stainless Steel to White which I didn't even know could be done until my wife told me. This allowed us to customize the frig exactly how we wanted it to fit our decor. I also love the app which allows you to control the fridge and freezer temps, turn sounds on / off, set the 'do not make ice at night' feature, so it is quieter at night and other options as well. I would highly recommend this fridge and happy that we got it with all the features that fit our family's needs. Thanks Samsung!

I love how we can connect it to our households smarthings so we keep track of the temperature as well as the filter if it needs changed. The beverage center is a plus in my household because water goes by quick in my house. I have 3 kids and they all love their water all day long, especially with summer, they play all.day outside and a soon as they come back in, they open the beverage center to get a nice cool glass of water. The ice maker is also a great addition, to the freezer part of the fridge. The freezer is spacious and with the ice cubes we are set. My kids love to just open and get the ice quick, It is very nice. I definitely do recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade. So far we have not had any problems. We love how we can change the temperature of the fridge or freezer easily and also change the filter. This is a great fridge to have in our kitchen.

The inside is super spacious and the lighting makes it easy to see everything, even in the back. The shelves are adjustable which makes organizing pretty simple, and the beverage center is a nice touch for quick drinks. One of the main reasons I went with this fridge is because you can swap out the exterior panels. It first came with a stainless steel finish, which looked good, but I wanted something that matched my stove. I switched to the white glass panels to match the rest of my kitchen. It’s nice knowing if I ever want a different style later on I can just switch the panels instead of buying a whole new fridge. It runs very quiet, the freezer drawers slide easy and the crisper does keep fruits and veggies fresher longer. I also like the built-in water pitcher that fills up on its own, it simplifies my life when it comes to filling up the coffee machine water tank or even take it directly to the table when I have visitors and need to fill multiple glasses. Another thing that’s great is I can control everything through the SmartThings app, like checking temps or adjusting settings right from my phone.
