The refrigerator is nice looking, and reasonably priced. Phone help was good. HOWEVER after 1 year, a slow CRACK started developing in the floor of the refrigerator area and continues to grow, where the doors bump into it each time you close it. We have no small children and we don't even use the beverage center. I hoped maybe that "floor" piece could be replaced but they declined, saying "it's cosmetic". When it cracks all the way open, I imagine it will not be cosmetic any longer :(

I love the fact that you can make one side of the freezer one temperature and the other side a whole Nother temperature so really if you wanted three fridge departments you could do that and only have one as a freezer.

The shelves are easy to access and the addition of being able to make a shelf to accommodate a taller item is an added bonus. The shelving on the doors are a generous size as well. The temperature control is easy to access for all the compartments. The freezer accessibility is nice. I do not anticipate loosing things like we did in our side by side.

Its an amazing refrigerator it takes inventory, tells you when you are low on things, will order your food for you, and now the entire house is on Samsung Smart things and it really does make life a tad more enjoyable for sure.

I was very unsure as the weather I was going to like having The water dispenser on the inside and now I honestly would have it no other way . At least clean lines And no drips down the refrigerator from the water dispenser anymore. The multi drawers In the refrigerator are fantastic For being able to simply items. I love the shelves in the refrigerator Because I'm able to put taller items in and just flip the shelf To make them fit. Also the center drawer that can be controlled for different temperatures is the perfect height to put soda cans it's a win-win all the way around

We've had the fridge for three weeks. Overall, we're pleased. The items in the fridge are easy to view, less so in the freezer, but it keeps to temperature with variations (colder in the back than the front) as expected. It took three days for it to produce ice. As a two-person family, we exhaust the icemaker daily - it really doesn't keep up to our daily needs so we use a bin to supplement our needs with bagged ice. We do, however, love that it has no handles nor an exterior icemaker that needs constant cleaning.
