[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is great. The features I really like are: 1. The auto-fill water picture. It fills immediately, takes about 30 seconds and it is really to go again. The freezer is extra large and items can be easily seen from the top and has easy access. The ice maker works great and you even get a scope for the ice. This is my second Samsung refrigerator and I would recommend it 100%.

I always liked samsung products, but after a terrible experience buying from samsung direct, I'll think twice the next time. I had an issue and had to return the product, and had to pay a fee of $314 even though the product was never opened and still in the original package. There is no option to return by myself like in other stores such as Bestbuy, and the worst thing is that the price dropped by $350, and Samsung policy to honor the price is only 15 days, I had the same problem on a purchase with Lowes and they honored the price match, I'll never buy again from this site.

Only downside was peeling the 25 lbs of plastic wrap off every surface, but I suppose it’s a necessary evil.

I feel like you can see everything you have so nothing goes to waste. The delivery and set up was flawless thanks to the delivery team. The extra small drawer in the middle is a nice addition for cheese/lunch meats. I LOVE the built in pitcher for water.

We went out to lunch and grocery shopping and by the time we returned a few hours later the frig was at 35F and freezer 0F. Ice cubes overnight. We are retired, just the two of us, so this model (which is not as deep) works great for our kitchen and new home. Love the inside water fill and freezer ice catcher, which eliminates the drooling out the front door. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous fridge stopped cooling so I picked up a Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center and FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel. (Wow, what a name.) My previous fridge was also a Samsung and I specifically sought out one with the same layout as I really appreciated the FlexZone drawer for storing drinks. When I compare this refrigerator with my previous, there are obvious improvements that Samsung has made over the years. Probably the one main problem of the previous generation refrigerators is the water and ice dispenser located outside. While this feature is purely for convenience, this lead to significant problems for many people. The design itself was the problem and not a brand-specific issue. Now, the water dispenser is not only located inside the fridge itself, but Samsung also provides a pitcher that automatically refills - very convenient. Additionally, the ice tray was moved into the freezer where it should have always been. With these changes, the fridge should hopefully last much longer than previous generations. The design of the fridge follows Samsung's bespoke design and is very clean and minimalistic without any handles. This takes a bit of time to get use to, but not a major complaint overall. One thing I noticed is the FlexZone drawer is smaller than my previous fridge but not a deal breaker as I really only keep drinks there. However, I believe refrigerator space is a tad bit larger in exchange so not entirely a bad thing. Overall, I'm very happy with the refrigerator and hope it will last a long time!
