Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center, and so far we love everything about it! The only issue I have so far is the doors show fingerprints, but that is a minor thing for us. The positives far outweigh the negative. What we love: 1. Space: tons and tons of space for food 2. Beverage Center: from the always full water pitcher with infuser, to the water dispenser - a cold drink is never far! 3. Cooling Performance: the fridge maintains the desired temp very well and the fridge itself is VERY quiet! Which we love!!! 4. Handleless doors: the front of the fridge is very sleek and modern looking with the hidden door handles. 5. The middle drawer: love the fact that you can have the drawer in the middle change temps depending on what you need it for. I can see this feature being used a ton in the future! What we do not love: 1. The tendency of fingerprints to show up on the doors: However, if you open the door with the hidden handles - fingerprints will never be an issue! If you are in the market for a new fridge, you should absolutley take a look at this Samsung model. We are very happy with our purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a lot of time researching the latest fridges as I am the type of person who really values knowing everything I can before purchasing. I already had a Samsung Fridge and it lasted almost 13 years, so I knew I could trust the Samsung Brand. The new fridge is big “upgrade” of functionality to my previous. A lot of components such as the ice marker, water dispenser, and door side shelves are improved. The ice marker being located in the freezer allows you to put more in the fridge section which is critical when you're hosting a party and need more fridge space. The doors are more roomy, so it provides you with more space for all your sauces, cause what's a meal without a million condiments. The only negative i would say from my previous model Samsung and this model is the fridge selves does have as much adjustable levels. Previously you could make one side higher and the other side lower if you're fitting in tall stock jars or a gallon of milk. It does have the slide shelf and you can make the center wider, but I liked having the mismatched shelf heights. My favorite upgraded feature is definitely the “separate middle drawer” it allows for you to put in seltzer cans and other items you need to access quickly, such as snacks or leftovers without opening the “big” fridge. This is wonderful for energy efficiency.

I enjoy the pitcher for water and the ice tray the most. Having a pitcher makes life so much easier and our dogs appreciate the quick fill up now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous fridge stopped cooling so I picked up a Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Inner Beverage Center and FlexZone Drawer in Stainless Steel. (Wow, what a name.) My previous fridge was also a Samsung and I specifically sought out one with the same layout as I really appreciated the FlexZone drawer for storing drinks. When I compare this refrigerator with my previous, there are obvious improvements that Samsung has made over the years. Probably the one main problem of the previous generation refrigerators is the water and ice dispenser located outside. While this feature is purely for convenience, this lead to significant problems for many people. The design itself was the problem and not a brand-specific issue. Now, the water dispenser is not only located inside the fridge itself, but Samsung also provides a pitcher that automatically refills - very convenient. Additionally, the ice tray was moved into the freezer where it should have always been. With these changes, the fridge should hopefully last much longer than previous generations. The design of the fridge follows Samsung's bespoke design and is very clean and minimalistic without any handles. This takes a bit of time to get use to, but not a major complaint overall. One thing I noticed is the FlexZone drawer is smaller than my previous fridge but not a deal breaker as I really only keep drinks there. However, I believe refrigerator space is a tad bit larger in exchange so not entirely a bad thing. Overall, I'm very happy with the refrigerator and hope it will last a long time!

We bought this Bespoke a few months ago and just love it. We have only had one hiccup, changing the water filter is not as simple as it is instructed! Do yourself a favor and disconnect the water from the frig before reinstalling the filter canister. I ended up flooding the center drawer and freezer! Otherwise we absolutely love just how much space we have, especially during the holidays. The Inside beverage center is lovely and we use the center drawer for breads and cheese. Everything finds a home in this frig. It's also super convenient and easy to keep clean. Our black panels do require us to wipe them down at least every other day. I can't wait to replace our other appliances with this series.

I like this fridge. I have had it for nearly three weeks. Others have stated some of the same issues I have: it makes ice VERY slowly, but the ice itself is fine (and in the freezer instead of the fridge like the older models). The doors do get dirty with fingerprints, but so does ANY stainless steel appliance. Just have some stainless steel cleaner handy if it bothers you. One issue I had was that the water pitcher stopped filling on autofill (but the dispenser still worked as did the ice machine). It may have been some sort of bubble in the line, but I am having it checked out. So, if you encounter that issue, check that your water line isn't kinked. Because it already had a problem with the pitcher filling, I can't give it a 5* review. Overall, a decent fridge and better than our previous Samsung fridge.
