Love the functionality but poorly made as plastic cracked within 6 months of light use.

I always liked samsung products, but after a terrible experience buying from samsung direct, I'll think twice the next time. I had an issue and had to return the product, and had to pay a fee of $314 even though the product was never opened and still in the original package. There is no option to return by myself like in other stores such as Bestbuy, and the worst thing is that the price dropped by $350, and Samsung policy to honor the price is only 15 days, I had the same problem on a purchase with Lowes and they honored the price match, I'll never buy again from this site.

Be aware before buying from Samsung direct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature is well maintained and its really flexible to open the doors. The capacity is really a lot it can fit more than five people food. There is not much of the customization, but the flex zone customization is great.
