Life long customer. Probably my last purchase.

One of the worst experiences ever. Bought the fridge as a part of a package. From day 1 the icemaker was not working. Samsung sent out a repair person 4 times who replaced different parts each time and nothing worked. I had to take time off for every time the tech came to replace a part. Water line was fine as the jug was filling and the water was flowing in. The icemaker did not call for water regardless of what was replaced. To add insult to injury, every time I called Samsung, I was bounced around for hours till I got fed up. I reached out via social media, chat and phone. I was out of the return period and Samsung refused to give a replacement. This has been ongoing for 5 weeks now. Finally today after being bounced around for 2 hours, someone was able to order a replacement for me. THe kicker is it will take 15 business days for the replacement to come. We have more than 15 Samsung Products in the house, including TVs, phones, watches, rings and this is how they treat a customer that has paid 1000s an year to Samsung for many years. If this is how Samsung treats a loyal customer, imagine what they will do to a one off customer.

Hardley makes any ice

Makes very little ice. Would not have bought knowing this. Wish I could return or at the very least exchange.

Difficulty getting coupon for warrenty replacement

Water tastes like metal

We used the fridge for one week and the water started to taste like metal. When we use the water from our tap, we don't get that taste. It appears to be known issue with this model. Not recommended.

Best fridge in the market

I was hesitant to buy another Samsung fridge after the fiasco with their ice maker but it seems that they learned their lesson with the Bespoke, plenty of room and 0 issues after 6 months

Love it!

We bought this Bespoke a few months ago and just love it. We have only had one hiccup, changing the water filter is not as simple as it is instructed! Do yourself a favor and disconnect the water from the frig before reinstalling the filter canister. I ended up flooding the center drawer and freezer! Otherwise we absolutely love just how much space we have, especially during the holidays. The Inside beverage center is lovely and we use the center drawer for breads and cheese. Everything finds a home in this frig. It’s also super convenient and easy to keep clean. Our black panels do require us to wipe them down at least every other day. I can’t wait to replace our other appliances with this series.

Samsung financing is great till they sneak it to A

Need more fridge space. I have ur side by side 23cf & nothing about is nothing is big enough. I got it free from energy smart. I had 25 of & they were trying to give me 27 but wouldn't fit threw the kitchen doorway even with the doors off. I cried & still crying. Also have been buying ur phones from day one. Always pre ordered, always paid before hand with ur financing. So I got the fold 6 & ur financing switched it to Affirm without notice wen I saw samsung financing. Affirm wants twice the price of Samsung. Not right. I was still in Samsung financing, b4 it changed to Affirm. Not paying for the fold 6. I WANT MY S24 ULTRA BACK WHICH BTW WAS PAID IN FULL B4 THE DATE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGHT THIS SINCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BUT NOONE WILL LISTEN. USING THIS 6 IS THE SAME AS THE S24 DIFFERENCE IS IT DO T FOLD & IM HAPPY ABOUT IT

Great fridge!

I love the water pitcher and the huge ice box, other thing I love is that the water dispenser is inside and love all the different compartments for organizing and keeping everything fresh , I’m really impressed and fully satisfied and highly recommend this to everyone!
