I love the glass panels how chewy the ice is and how easy it is to get, The ice works very efficiently, and I love the big screen, It's easy to navigate through the settings to change anything you need, Even though it is a counter depth fridge it still has lots of storage space, And I love that there is a pitcher to use For lemon water or anything you need.

It instantly elevated the look of our kitchen, and the capacity is incredible. We can fit so much inside, which has been a huge upgrade for our family. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The ice drawer is quite stiff and can be difficult to open and close, which is a bit frustrating for something we use often. The AI screen also isn't the most intuitive. I consider myself pretty tech-savvy, but it definitely comes with a learning curve, especially when trying to understand features like the in-and-out food list. Another downside is that the exterior shows fingerprints very easily and seems prone to scratching, so it requires more upkeep to keep it looking as pristine as it did on day one. Even with those drawbacks, it's a stunning fridge with amazing capacity and features, and we're really happy with it overall. With a few small improvements, it would easily be a 5-star appliance.

Great fridge to have in the kitchen while me and my wife cook we can listen to music or watch videos. My kids love it too! Interface is easy to use even my 4 year old uses it easily.

The camera inside and AI to keep track of groceries is awesome. It is easy to find what you are looking for when opening doors either on top or bottom. Also has the AI power management that you can turn on and will save you money and extend the life of the refrigerator.

It's full of features that make it easy to use, convenient, and overall more enjoyable to use a fridge in general. It has plenty of space for everything you can think of, monitors energy usage very well, and gives easy access to things you need to quickly use or find. I was also amazed to find out the Family Hub can act as a Matter hub, which is a plus in my opinion. The fridge also just looks clean and modern. The downfall, which I think is a massive problem, is that it aggressively tries to make you use Amazon Alexa...so much so that it pins a notification for it in the Family Hub. I'm surprised any tech out there limits or forces smart assistant usage anymore. I have a Google-based home, so this feature is not only useless to me, but I can't use Google Home on the fridge and it's honestly obnoxious that it appears in so many places. Most devices nowadays are compatible with all smart assistants - so not only limiting, but forcing only two, is problematic considering the cost of the fridge...and it doesn't help with how few apps there are available for it. So I'd have to say the software is unfortunately lacking and, when it comes to smart assistants, it's honestly annoying. That aside, it's a great fridge and I hope Samsung puts out further updates to change the software issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interface of this refrigerator has been great allows us to see what we have in it from the store also shows us when we take stuff out what they took out ( great with kids ) plus the perk of having the ability to play music while you do the dishes without having to pair your phone or other devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the one shelf can be tucked in so you can have room for a jug of milk. I had a small little issue with the screen being a little laggy, but it could be easily reset by a button in the door. Other than that no major issues.

The fridge has alot of features and is spacious to store everything I need. I'm still learning new features each ti,e I use the fridge. I really like the flex drawer because I can store all my son's snacks and drinks where he can reach them. Highly recommend the fridge if you're into cool new tech.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I begin? this fridge does it all!!! it keeps track of what you put inside your fridge, lets you know when you need to remove items from the fridge, has so much space and compartments that it really is an incredible fridge!! you can even reorder food if you want and have it delivered right to you!! talk about convenience. I already had to change the water filter and it was very easy to do. and, the electronic functions on the outside from the whiteboard to being able to watch youtube for receipes, dyi and videos is awesome!! and you can use the fridge as a hub for all smart items in your home. I am glad that i decided to purchase the samsung bespoke fridge for my new home!! it was everything that I had hoped for and way more as well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take their kitchen to the next level!! this fridge does all that and then some!!
