After waiting for three months, they changed the install date which caused a vacation to be rescheduled. Samsung does not compensate for poor planning on their part. Samsung then refused to help me on the phone or chat with the non-functional fridge. I have seven case numbers and chat transcripts to prove it. The fridge might be nice, but service/support is horrific.
Worst service ever. Long time customer - no more.

There are so many features that I still haven't gotten through them all. So far, I'm loving how spacious it is. I love the versatility of the flex drawer. I love the way the water pitcher magically refills after I use it. And I absolutely love the Family Hub. My daughter has already used it to communicate late school pickups, rehearsals, and to request breakfast. I've also used it to look up recipes that play while I'm following along. Our old fridge was at least 15 years old and a side by side. This refrigerator is packed with so much additional tech it’s the best upgrade we have ever had.
