[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo has been a game-changer for our household. The capacity is impressive — I can fit a full king comforter and still have room to spare, and it comes out fully dry in a single cycle. No more moving wet laundry from washer to dryer or waiting around for the next load. The automation is genuinely smart. It senses load size and soil level, picks the right wash and dry settings, and the AI cycle recommendations have been spot-on. Steam refresh on dress shirts has saved me from ironing more than once. Efficiency is excellent too. Heat pump drying is gentle on clothes and noticeably easier on our energy bill compared to the old vented dryer it replaced. Cycles run quieter than I expected — we can run a load in the evening without it bothering anyone. Build quality feels solid, the controls are intuitive, and the SmartThings app actually adds value (cycle notifications, remote start, troubleshooting tips). Highly recommend if you're tight on space or just want to simplify laundry day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a washer-dryer combo machine and would give it a solid 4-star rating. The capacity is excellent, making it convenient to wash larger loads without needing multiple cycles. It's efficient in terms of combining washing and drying in one unit, which saves space in my home. However, there are a couple of drawbacks that keep it from earning a full 5 stars. The user interface is not intuitive and takes some time to learn, which can be frustrating at first. Additionally, the full wash-and-dry cycles are long, typically taking about 5 to 6 hours to complete. This means you need to plan your laundry schedule accordingly. Despite these minor setbacks, the machine delivers great results and is a reliable, space-saving solution for those who want an all-in-one laundry appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really problem of leaving clothes inside the washer and forgetting to put in the dryer, which led to mildew smelling clothes. This washer completely removed that issue. Also, the drum stays cleaner because water doesn't just sit after a cycle. It's really simple to use even with all the options. I plan to get a second one installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient for the user because you don't need to change between the washer and the dryer and the cycles are really fast. The cleaning quality is very good. The removal of all the linen is very easy. The fact that you can control it via Wi-Fi is very convenient as well. The load capacity is enormous so you can put the entire bed sheets and covers in one load. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung all‑in‑one washer/dryer combo, and it's honestly made laundry so much easier. I love tossing everything in and coming back to clean, dry clothes without switching machines. It's quiet, the AI settings make the cycles simple, and the auto‑dispense is super convenient. Bigger loads take a bit longer to dry, but the convenience totally makes up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to do a little bit of reading To completely understand the machine. Overall it's pretty good. You have to make adjustments to it. Bought it for one of our short term rentals however we're gonna switch it out Because functionally it doesn't work out the way we wanted. But for a single or two person household. It is great Love the fact that it's automated

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.
