[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is enough for me and my family, cleaning is great, efficient when it comes to electricity use, love the smart integrations and I can automate my Laundry settings and not have to think about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were limited as what we could get small space regular stackable to tall Small stackable drum was so small Didn't want a heat pump or ventless Found this Samsung that was vented Love it so far I can do larger loads all drys nicely Don't have to walk up and down stairs which is a plus at our age! Got the pedestal with large store drawer which makes it so easy to load Can look at my phone to see what it is doing It sure makes doing laundry so much easier and love how detergent and softener go in automatically! So many different cycles to choose from and you can change water temp spin I This replaces a 20 year old stackable so it's a GameChanger!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picking a new laundry system was not an easy.Task, but Samsung's Bespoke AI Vented Laundry system is better than I could have ever hoped for. Very user, friendly. Quality clean clothes every time. The AI is amazing. Also very user-friendly which cuts down on time and energy use when doing big loads and worried about capacity. The AI and machine functions are ergonomic and ADA friendly. I recommend this product as one of the best on the market today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the greatest stacked washer and dryer combo I've had, install was a breeze, functions were a little weird to learn because there's no physical buttons but didn't take too long to get the hang of it,love how the wash and dry cycles are prettt efficient and fast, love the AI feature in this appliance how it automatically adjusts to what you put in the washer or dryer, also love how there's smart dispensers for the detergent and softener so it saves me the time and having to refill every single wash

I am so happy with this combo machine. I can put in my wash set it and go. The AI feature notifies me when it is entering the dry cycle and when it is finished. The auto dispense feature saves time and less mess than filling each cycle. My clothes come out fully dried. The cycle times are the same as my old front loaders. There are many cycle options. If I have air dry items in the load I can set it to stop for 10 minutes after the wash. It notifies me so I can go take out the air dry items. The lint holder is easy and mess free to empty It has a report of how much water is used each month. I do wish that it came with an instruction manual. I had to look up on the website for videos of how to use some of the features. I only wish my space had room for two of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this machine saves me so much time and energy on myself. The use of it is so easy and it cleans clothes amazingly and the dryer on the vented model gets everything dry no problem. I'd buy it again if I had the chance to do it all over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine!! It has been very simple to use and walks you through each new step that you use on the screen with step by step instructions. Love that it sends alerts to your phone when the cycles are done and makes laundry super simple even for teenagers who forget switch loads in between. Cycles aren't too bad either, may take a little longer but definitely worth it.

Compressor died on the unit and getting 10 year warranty honored is an absolute joke. Nothing worse than having to find a laundromat to go to because the incredibly expensive washer you own breaks and Samsung drags their feet to provide a solution. Steer clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first HE washer and dryer combo. I wish there was a more detail description as to what each wash setting does Trying to figure out which one to use is just a hit or miss. Especially for white clothes. The 5.3 capacity is great. The integration of both the washer and dryer is AWESOME and convenient. The efficiency is yet to be determined because I still don't understand all the cycles. I wish I could customize and then save my own wash cycles. That would be great. The automation is ok. All in all it's a keeper and as soon as I figure out how to get my whites, white I will then love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing washer/dryer. Has a large capacity. It is very efficient as it washes and dries. So no more waiting to change my clothes. My clothes are always nice and clean, i have never had issues with it and ive had it for about 6 months. They amount of different cycles that is has is amazing and convenient for every need. I fully recommend it! It has been an amazing addition to my household.
