It's very efficient as we save tons on water. The cleaning and maintenance is simple. of the product is very well and the cycle time varies with A.I which makes it super efficient and the venting is easy to Assemble. The drying is amazing as I never have to air dry or run an extra dry cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combination is the future. It works great, saves space and is fully programmable. You can monitor the laundry status on your cell and use all the features that make it so flexible. It's front loading so there's no stretching to get that last sock out. The capacity is really large and it's quiet. Good machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer/washer. It is ideal for households looking to save physical space and eliminate the chore of transferring wet clothes. With a massive 5.3 cu. ft. drum, i could fit so muchlaundry. It Replaces two bulky machines with a single premium footprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this device for a little over a year and this is my review. I've been very happy with this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo overall. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is excellent and easily handles larger loads like bedding, towels, and everyday laundry. The machine does a great job cleaning clothes, and the AI load sensing seems to accurately adjust the cycle based on the size of the load. Wash times are efficient, drying performance has been excellent, and the venting system works exactly as expected, leaving clothes dry and ready to wear. One feature I've really come to appreciate is the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing. It consistently adds the right amount for each load, so I don't have to measure detergent every time I do laundry. It's convenient and has worked flawlessly for me. My only real gripe is that too many of the preset cycles are locked down. While the presets work well, I'd like much more freedom to customize them. For example, if I select the Bedding cycle, I can't always choose the water temperature or spin speed I want. What if I need to wash bedding in hot water but also want a higher spin speed? The machine simply won't let me. I think Samsung should allow users to create and save their own custom wash and dry programs or unlock more settings within the existing cycles. Overall, this machine cleans exceptionally well, dries quickly, has outstanding capacity, and the automatic detergent and softener dispensing makes laundry even easier. If Samsung adds more flexibility and customization through a future software update, this would easily become a 5-star appliance in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with this all-in one. It's easy to use, super efficient, and amazingly quiet. The capacity is also great. I can wash my King size comforter and it actually gets clean and doesn't vibrate while it's spinning. I love all of the different settings. The steam sanitize is great for towels and I use quick wash for things that aren't necessarily dirty, maybe just dusty or need a freshening like curtains or seasonal clothes. The only thing that I would change is the location of the dispensers. Being on the floor isn't ideal. I guess that could easily be fixed by getting a pedestal. I also notice that once in a while items may get “trapped” inside of another item and it causes the dryer cycle to run a little longer than normal. Overall I would definitely purchase this all- in-one again. It consistently works hard to make my life easier. And who doesn't love being able to turn a turn crime podcast while you're folding laundry, right on the machine itself. The preloaded apps including the Spotify app makes it the coolest washer on the block. 10/ 10 would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with this laundry combo. It handles large loads with ease, cleans clothes really well, and dries them completely without having to move them to another machine. The washing and drying performance has been consistently excellent, load after load. It's also surprisingly quiet, with very little vibration, even during the spin cycle. The AI settings make it easy to pick the right cycle, and I've noticed that it uses noticeably less detergent than my previous washer while still delivering outstanding cleaning results, which is a nice bonus. It has made doing laundry much more convenient, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient all-in-one washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer/ dryer combo. My household is 4 people and two of them are teens. I was worried about the overstuffing the machine so I changed the sizes of their laundry baskets. I have had zero issues achieving super clean clothes. The cycle times are fine, it's so nice not having to remember to switch over laundry. The drying time is fine too, one time I had towels in with cotton shirts and the towels were still a little damp. No biggie, I pulled the shirts out and did a timed dry. My machine is the vented one, it hooked right up to my old vent and has worked perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is hands down the best decision I've made for my home. The 5.3 cu ft. capacity is massive, easily handling bulky king-size bedding and huge family loads in one go. Because it's an all-in-one unit, the transition from washing to drying is completely seamless—no more forgetting to transfer wet clothes. Its performance is remarkably consistent, leaving everything perfectly clean and dry every single time. I'm also thoroughly impressed by its efficiency, saving both time and energy, and it runs with almost zero vibration or noise, even during high-speed spin cycles. The AI Home features make it incredibly intuitive to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this machine for about two weeks now and have loved it. One of our biggest struggles before was forgetting to switch the washer to the dryer, and that's not an issue anymore. It's so nice to just set it and forget it. The cleaning performance is exactly what we expected, and the capacity feels just like a normal machine we've had in the past. We got the vented version, and we've had no issues at all with drying times being extended or clothes not getting fully dry. It has worked great and has been really reliable. It's been really efficient to throw a load in before we leave for the day and come home to clean, dry laundry ready to fold. The AI cycle has been a really nice feature too. We can just load it up, and it senses what the load needs and adjusts accordingly, which makes it even easier. It also shows how much energy is being used, which is a cool bonus and helps us keep an eye on efficiency. Another feature we've really enjoyed is the built-in laundry soap and fabric softener dispensers. No more measuring detergent or tossing pods in — we just fill them up, hit a button, and go. No more forgetting laundry and having to rewash because it sat too long. It's been a huge convenience for our family. Highly recommend this washer dryer combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is new and we are excited to start using. It's nice to have room free in our small laundry room. The setup and registration were a breeze. The vent is a nice addition to this model.
