[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dreaming with this appliance for a couple years. It is an amazing appliance, super quiet and will my kids help me with laundry :). The black color is modern and timeless. It dries the cloths leaving it fresh. I can clean my king size comforter with not issue.

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling. If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine. After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future. Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle. It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After connecting the washer dryer combo with the Smart App Technology, it was seamless to wash and dry a load of laundry, straight from my phone. The only intervention that was physically needed by me from beginning to end was loading the clothes - leaving me free to complete other tasks around my home. I didn't have to worry about the amount of detergent or adding fabric softener; these are all programmed and automatically released based on pre-set load settings set by me. Absolutely wonderful!

And it is so amazing to not have to unload the washer and move everything to the dryer. Just start it and come back to dry clean clothes. With a large household like we have, its a life changer when it comes to our daily chores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isnt the greatest. I didnt realize until i started hooking it up. First of all the back is a cluster. The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.

The height on top of the pedestal makes loading and unloading so much easier and the convenience of not having to transfer loads from one machine to another is wonderful. It holds a lot, does an excellent job washing and drying, and I like that it sends a notification to my phone after it’s completed each cycle. The touchscreen is easy to use and has some nifty features like being able to link it with Ring cameras. I would recommend this combo machine to others, especially with the pedestal. Well worth the extra money. You gain a tremendous amount of concealed storage. It makes everything tidier and easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product and convenient with space it is big, I would say about a full washer and half dryer size in length, the dispenser is at the plbottom so it was worth getting the pedestal too, alot of different washing features and full control of dryer strength and length. Efficient to not have to constantly go and take out the cloths and load in a different machine.

I've owned this thing since Christmas and it is the most heinous machine I've ever owned. I wish I would have shopped around because this machine takes more energy than it saves. My housekeeper hates this thing. A dollar bill clogs it and causes the whole machine to overflow your laundry room. It doesn't clean with a crap and never dries anything all the way. I own Samsung everything and now I'm just greatly disappointed so glad I didn't buy it the refrigerator like I planned.

It’s great with clothing and smaller items. The machine can’t handle two or more blankets, shakes itself to death or will set an error and stop. The auto detergent dispenser is nice but not nice enough for me to overlook the machine not be able to complete a cycle at 70% capacity….
