[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer dryer combo exceeded my expectations. The size and convenience is perfect. The preset cycles and style is thoughtful with intentional and practical considerations. Great find and I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine needs a lot of extra time and attention. The drain clog needs draining often and the hose isn't long enough and it makes a mess. Also it takes a long time to wash and dry. Normal load. It also wants you to clean the drum often and that takes 2 hours. Although it's good to not have to switch to the dryer it's not worth the money and I don't think I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is great and it cleans everything. Things are brighter than ever before. My only 2 issues are that I can't seem to change the normal spin cycle to normal from extra high. It shakes and thrashes with large loads. And most loads need an extra 10 minutes drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I DESPERATELY needed a new washer and dryer but I really wanted to maximize space in my house so I went with the combo. I actually think this washes and dries better than having them separate! It saves me so much time and effort from having to switch from one to the other or reach all the way down to the bottom of my top loader to try to get the stuff out. I honestly dont know why more people dont use them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for 8 months and I don't have a single complaint. Capacity is amazing, it wash/dries my largest bedding. I love that it senses the load to set the cleaning and drying time, and the detergent sensor means that I use so much less detergent than adding detergent manually. I love that there are many cycle options for the type of load and that you can customize how you want to wash or dry and that the door opens when the load is done to let the hot air out. 10 out of 10, they thought of everything. This is a great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large capacity yet compact machine with its amazing combo technology. Everyone in the family absolutely loves it! It connects to smart things so seamlessly, and it also works as a smart hub! I can be gone from home, and I don't have to worry about forgetting to move my laundry from the washer to the dryer – it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine! We love the fact that it efficiently washes and dries our clothes without having to move the laundry between different units. The software and operation are very intuitive, and we love the Samsung SmartThings integration. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros - Large unit. Fits a lot of clothes. Does a good job washing. Touch screen is nice and I like the app functionality. Like the ability to pause between washing/drying. Cons - Doesn't dry fully. Often times you have to do another dry cycle. Deeper than my old unit so now I can't close the door in my laundry area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with my Samsung all-in-one washer dryer. The capacity is perfect for my everyday laundry needs, and it handles everything from clothes to towels without any issues. It cleans thoroughly, and my laundry comes out fresh every time. The wash and dry cycle does take longer than using separate machines, but the convenience of putting in one load and having it come out clean and dry makes it worth it. The drying performance has been reliable, and I especially appreciate that it doesn't require external venting, which makes installation much easier and saves space. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a compact, convenient, and efficient washer dryer combination. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is hands down the best decision I've made for my home. The 5.3 cu ft. capacity is massive, easily handling bulky king-size bedding and huge family loads in one go. Because it's an all-in-one unit, the transition from washing to drying is completely seamless—no more forgetting to transfer wet clothes. Its performance is remarkably consistent, leaving everything perfectly clean and dry every single time. I'm also thoroughly impressed by its efficiency, saving both time and energy, and it runs with almost zero vibration or noise, even during high-speed spin cycles. The AI Home features make it incredibly intuitive to use.
