[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that surpasses the beautiful design of this machine is it's functionality. There is a wash cycle to fit almost any need and if it's not there you can go into the app and make your own. I think the only thing I didn't like is the fact that I can't find a way to have these custom cycles for future use. The capacity is the perfect size for me and I no longer feel like I'm doing laundry all day. Plus now I have twice as much space in my laundry room for things like storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy, setup fairly easy, small hiccup with the app but was able to figure it out. The capacity is decent and. Its design and feature packed, with smarthub installed. Unfortunately with the AI drying it doesn't get the clothes 100% dry the first time on jeans.

It does not take up so much space and I don’t struggle getting clothes from the drum which is a big plus. I love that it has an app that you can connect to it lets you know when you clothes it’s ready. So far it has cleaned my clothes very well, and also I love the fact that I don’t need to put detergent and fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After connecting the washer dryer combo with the Smart App Technology, it was seamless to wash and dry a load of laundry, straight from my phone. The only intervention that was physically needed by me from beginning to end was loading the clothes - leaving me free to complete other tasks around my home. I didn't have to worry about the amount of detergent or adding fabric softener; these are all programmed and automatically released based on pre-set load settings set by me. Absolutely wonderful!

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer combo has excellent capacity. The door is at a very convenient height for loading / unloading. The unit is sleek but may be a bit deeper than an older laundry area may accommodate easily so measure carefully. Unit has many different settings. Clothes are nicely clean and once you set the cycle you will come back to dry clothes! One and done is great. The lint filter is easy to access and clean. It's a smart appliance and although we have not used that feature yet, it is great that it's there. Very happy with the purchase.

Love all the features and technology it has. Was able to fit a decent amount of clothing in without it feeling to full. Love that I dont have to remember to move the clothes after washing.

Not to mention it is quicker than a traditional washer and dryer and cleans well. The capacity is great, it has a sleek design and it has many different options using smart technology. Efficiency: there is a lot of waiting time, the clothes come out wrinkled and with lint, even when using wrinkle prevention. But it is very good that it doesn’t retain bad odors if you fall asleep or forget to put it to dry. I like that I can refill the detergent and fabric softener and not have to add them in every wash. The filter is designed to be cleaned perfectly. I love that the door opens and that I can control it from my phone. I also like its technological and versatile display. I also like that it notifies me on my different devices about the washing and drying progress. Capacity acord a single family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product, great design. Used it only once so far. Washing performance could be better, not all stains came off. Drying took a little longer than expected. During installation the top panel was dented in several places because the installer stepped on it in order to connect the machine. Obviously that should have been done differently. Quite disappointing.
