[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer-dryer combo has been amazing. I had a problem where I would leave the clothes in the washer and they would be stinky by the time I remembered. I save so much water, detergent, and time having this combo unit. I set it and forget it and when I come back all the clothes are washed and dried and smell great. And having the detergent pre-loaded means even my little kids have learned how to wash clothes! I love this thing. Best purchase of the year. Also, this machine is quieter and more stable than the ones I had before. Another plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convenience and accessibility of this washer dryer combo is unbelievable. It is so easy to use and has made our daily routines so easy. i'm no longer stuck at home waiting to switch the laundry. It does it on its own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautifully made never had an issue with these appliances I've had them since 2022 and I'd recommend them to anyone that wants to save money and time I have three kids at home and I promise they have the power to dry and wash like a beast and the self cleaning option is amazing the capacity for loading is unbelievable but I recommend not over stuffing. Timing on cycles is by choice where you can use the smart things app to control what kind of cycle you want then the venting is amazing catches all the mint closes coming out perfect. The timing can be chosen how you desire I just live my washer and driver thank you!

It's very efficient as we save tons on water. The cleaning and maintenance is simple. of the product is very well and the cycle time varies with A.I which makes it super efficient and the venting is easy to Assemble. The drying is amazing as I never have to air dry or run an extra dry cycle.

I purchased this combo machine this week. The unit generally works well, but there are some easy-to-implement improvements that Samsung could make to the software settings. Hopefully they read this review! 1) There are many different cycles, and some of them offer a variety of settings, but there should be greater customization. For example, each cycle only allows for only one Temperature setting. For Bedding, this is "High", but my bedding's care instructions are for low temps only! My work-around is to use "Wash only" as Bedding, and "Dry only" as Delicates. Alas, it defeats the purpose of an all-in-one machine if you have to come back between washing and drying. 2) Most of the cycles have some degree of customization built in, such as changing temperatures or soil levels. I wish you could customize which of these was chosen by default, however. Or perhaps create and define your own cycles. I'm finding that I need every load to be on the "More" dryness level, so they don't come out damp. I wish I could set that as a toggle so that it would remember it, but instead, I must manually override the "Normal" dryness level on every load I run. 3) The Timed Dry works only in 10-minute increments. Why not let me run it for 15 minutes? Or even for 17 minutes, if that's what I want? 4) If you stop a load early, it keeps the door locked for several minutes with a safety warning. This is true even if using the "extra low" heat setting, and even if the load was only running for 1 second! This feature may be useful in certain circumstances, but it definitely needs an override switch. If I'm late to somewhere and need to quickly grab something out of the load, the dryer shouldn't demand that I wait around for it! 5) The unit features several simple songs built-in, with the option of choosing one to play when a cycle has completed. It would be nice for one of these songs to just be a generic dryer sound. Or, since this is a smart appliance that can connect to your phone, maybe allow it to set one of my songs as the alarm?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this device for a little over a year and this is my review. I've been very happy with this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo overall. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is excellent and easily handles larger loads like bedding, towels, and everyday laundry. The machine does a great job cleaning clothes, and the AI load sensing seems to accurately adjust the cycle based on the size of the load. Wash times are efficient, drying performance has been excellent, and the venting system works exactly as expected, leaving clothes dry and ready to wear. One feature I've really come to appreciate is the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing. It consistently adds the right amount for each load, so I don't have to measure detergent every time I do laundry. It's convenient and has worked flawlessly for me. My only real gripe is that too many of the preset cycles are locked down. While the presets work well, I'd like much more freedom to customize them. For example, if I select the Bedding cycle, I can't always choose the water temperature or spin speed I want. What if I need to wash bedding in hot water but also want a higher spin speed? The machine simply won't let me. I think Samsung should allow users to create and save their own custom wash and dry programs or unlock more settings within the existing cycles. Overall, this machine cleans exceptionally well, dries quickly, has outstanding capacity, and the automatic detergent and softener dispensing makes laundry even easier. If Samsung adds more flexibility and customization through a future software update, this would easily become a 5-star appliance in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer and dryer combo is fantastic! It saves so much space in the house, runs very quietly, and is incredibly easy to use. It has made laundry much more convenient, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact, efficient appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome concept that I've been waiting for for decades. There are still a few bugs like the detergent measuring system and sometimes the dry cycle doesn't get completely dry. Overall very happy with the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is hands down the best decision I've made for my home. The 5.3 cu ft. capacity is massive, easily handling bulky king-size bedding and huge family loads in one go. Because it's an all-in-one unit, the transition from washing to drying is completely seamless—no more forgetting to transfer wet clothes. Its performance is remarkably consistent, leaving everything perfectly clean and dry every single time. I'm also thoroughly impressed by its efficiency, saving both time and energy, and it runs with almost zero vibration or noise, even during high-speed spin cycles. The AI Home features make it incredibly intuitive to use.
