Love not having to add detergent every wash, but I’m still playing with the concentration settings to get it where I like it. Lent trap is a breeze to clear. Having a little trouble with extra vibration when on spin mode, but I also have it on a pedestal and have heard this is a common issue. Really like it being on the pedestal though and not having to bend over so far along with the extra storage. I think it’s worth it. This vented version is slightly larger than the ventless and does appear to be a bit more imposing especially on a pedestal so this should be kept in mind when purchasing. Overall it’s a good machine and I have been impressed with the wash/dry times which I believe have been less than 2 1/2 hours or sooner. Tip: the high contrast mode is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 5.3 capacity is huge compared with my old washer. I really like that I can add the detergent and it automatically dispenses as needed. Cleaning the vent is not as easy as I'm used to, but must be done after each load. The manual only gives the basics, so I will need to do some online searches to learn about all the functions available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully designed unit. It is very quiet. I love the touchscreen and the fact that the unit talks to you during certain steps. I appreciate being able to put detergent and fabric softener in a large dispenser and have it automatically dispense based on amount of clothes and cycle. The pedestal is a great size and can fit multiple liquid detergent bottles (large wholesale size). The drum size is larger than I could imagine which is great! I truly love not having to worry about moving clothes from the washer and dryer...I don't have to worry about forgetting to move the clothes to the dryer anymore. Top tier appliance with amazing performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really thought about a washer-dryer combo but I needed a little more room in my laundry room to move the cat box out of the theater room. I looked at the reviews that had a large population of reviews and saw it had a 4.5 on that site. So I pulled the trigger and so far after 1 week it is amazing. The unit has a 5.3 Cu Ft capacity which fits even my largest loads. It is very smart using AI technology. I hate AI when it comes to social media but I love it here. The system is very sleek looking. I did not have room for the base so for me it's a little low but very manageable without the base. I went back after to buy the base to raise it up 15" and I am sure I will love it even more. I just need to raise my cabinets in my laundry room. The performance is amazing. Clothes come out perfectly dry. This machine does everything...oh except fold the clothes and put them away. Don't hesitate get this machine but get the VENTED version. I hear the non-vented works but takes a lot longer to dry.

This eases the need to transfer loads, and you can load a decent amount of clothes. Just load initiate wash and come back for a nice smelling fresh garments. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited and very happy about this washer/dryer combo. I do my laundry almost everyday. My old Samsung washer finally gave up on me and we got this new combo washer. I love how I can control everything on my phone and it has so many options I can choose right on my phone. I can schedule a wash even when I’m not home. I love that the door automatically opens after washing (you can turn this option off if you want). It has a liquid detergent and softener containers that you fill up and the machine will determine how much to use. No need to put it manually. So many great options. Looking forward to many years of use.

Washing and drying without transferring clothes saves my wife trips up and down stairs. The technology scared me to start but clear instructions found this 71 year old guy doing the laundry now. I am impressed with Samsung and I’m sure the W/D combo we have will outlast me. Quite smooth and efficient. Well done Samsung.

The height on top of the pedestal makes loading and unloading so much easier and the convenience of not having to transfer loads from one machine to another is wonderful. It holds a lot, does an excellent job washing and drying, and I like that it sends a notification to my phone after it's completed each cycle. The touchscreen is easy to use and has some nifty features like being able to link it with Ring cameras. I would recommend this combo machine to others, especially with the pedestal. Well worth the extra money. You gain a tremendous amount of concealed storage. It makes everything tidier and easier.
