I like being able to load clothes once and have them fully washed and dried without moving anything. Washing performance is solid and clothes come out clean, while the vented drying works faster than ventless combos. It’s especially great for small households or limited laundry rooms. Drying large or heavy loads can take longer than a traditional dryer, but overall it’s a modern, efficient, and hassle-free all-in-one solution.

Also, I can operate it from my cell phone. It just has a lot of features that my old washer did not have and I’m so very satisfied thank you Samsung, the performance is great and I really enjoyed that I can wash comforters

I am completely angry with lack of information regarding the delivery and installation of my recent purchase of this washer dryer combo. I made the purchase on July third, and the website said it would be delivered on the 16th. I did not receive it until the 26th. The driver then tells me that they were not installing and that I would need to call to have someone come out to install. When I called, I was told that I have to wait another 2 days until I can even get an appointment set for installation. There is no telling how much longer I will be waiting until they decide to get this installed. Almost a month now and all I have is a large machine sitting in my house that can't be used. Very disappointed in Sams.

My wife wanted this machine because it meant drying laundry without the need to transfer it to another machine. It also meant never forgetting clothing in the washer when cycle was complete, mot having to go to the laundry room at least twice for every load, total smarthome integration, all the latest features, and a smaller footprint. I thought no single machine could do it all as well as two specialized machines but I was wrong and she was right. This thing is incredible. It it much heavier than normal machines, only a bit taller, it is quieter, and performs exactly as you would expect, and the capacity is the same as conventional two-machine setups. Its all benefit and no compromise.

And we love that we have a 10 min window to unload our delicates and start the dryer. The clothes come out perfectly dried. The unit looks like art work dramatic and sexy. I never thought I would say that about a major appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is quit in its spin cycle compared to my previous 10 year old machine and saves so much space. Being able to put clothing in at night to be completed by the time you wake up and the same with putting in a load before going to work saves so much time. There is no need to use your old "system" in which you wash and dry, then put in another load in the wash with this combo unit. The best little spoken part is that after the dry cycle the washer/dryer is now dry. This means you don't need to worry about a moldy washer like all front loading washing machines

I have one that's about 14 months and it's showing an error code on the motor. It's just out of warranty. Never had an issue with any of the other washers that have had in the past this is just not acceptable for something of this price range and of this brand.
