Amazing convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Game changing convenience. Set it and forget it. I'll never get separate washer/dryers again.

Hello Lovi, Your feedback highlights how important dependable performance is when handling everyday laundry needs across both wash and dry functions. The drying system in a washer/dryer combo is designed to balance airflow, heat, and load conditions to remove moisture effectively, and performance can improve with a few adjustments. Factors like load size, cycle selection, airflow, and sensor cleanliness can influence how thoroughly clothes dry at the end of a cycle. This guide covers steps for improving drying performance: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001001/ If the behavior continues after reviewing these steps, connecting with Samsung Care can help our team take a closer look at what’s happening and guide you with next steps specific to your wash/dry combo. Sleek, user friendly design
