Great seasoning

I was duped through my own ignorance. I had no idea that garlic or onion was ground beyond the granulated stage. I mistakenly grabbed this and will now throw it in the trash. This is the consistency of talcum powder and quite flavorless. Almost as if it is flour mixed with garlic. How can something be ground so fine and be inert in the flavor profile. Fortunately I didn’t try to use this in the BBQ rubs and other compound seasonings that I make at home.

Fine like a powder. Not what I was expecting. Clumps in food.
