I was duped through my own ignorance. I had no idea that garlic or onion was ground beyond the granulated stage. I mistakenly grabbed this and will now throw it in the trash. This is the consistency of talcum powder and quite flavorless. Almost as if it is flour mixed with garlic. How can something be ground so fine and be inert in the flavor profile. Fortunately I didn't try to use this in the BBQ rubs and other compound seasonings that I make at home.

I bought this as I loved the size so I can refill smaller bottles of onion powder. although the taste is very good, the fact that this is comes out of the bottle like talcum powder. It's entire to thin and pours out fast and forms clumps rather than an even amount across an item (such as meat). I find myself having to spread it with my hands or a utensil. This would not be such an issue in soups, stews etc. But any type of meat etc it's quite difficult to spread.

the product is good; however, the pricing is absurd at 9.98. It use to be 5.98 to 6.98 depending on the selection and now this on a very short time period. SC shopper for over 30 years, get the prices back down.

Fine like a powder. Not what I was expecting. Clumps in food.
