LOVE this stuff, unlike several others that did not prefer the finely ground powder, this was exactly what I was looking for and it’s hard to come by as all other producers only make granulated. This distributes more easily and thoroughly due to its fineness. All the major food prep subscriptions use this type of garlic powder and I wanted more of it. Thanks Sam’s Club for stocking this!!

As someone who uses a lot of garlic powder due to cooking. The size of the container and the price are so much better than buying the smaller size at the regular grocery store

I have been getting garlic powder at Sam's for a while. This time, I had the choice between finely ground and coarse ground--(or maybe it was granular.) TI got the finely ground--and it's too powdery or my preference. Next time, I will get the coarse ground.

Not a fan, I think I prefer the granulated garlic rather than the powder for what I actually use it for in my sauce and other things that I bread and fry. I will be going back to get the granulated garlic.

I didn't read the label correctly and bought this product by mistake. I wanted garlic powder not fine ground. I has already opened it when I discovered it so I can't return it

Cost too much

I was duped through my own ignorance. I had no idea that garlic or onion was ground beyond the granulated stage. I mistakenly grabbed this and will now throw it in the trash. This is the consistency of talcum powder and quite flavorless. Almost as if it is flour mixed with garlic. How can something be ground so fine and be inert in the flavor profile. Fortunately I didn't try to use this in the BBQ rubs and other compound seasonings that I make at home.
