I have been using the previous version of this product for over 1 year and was very satisfied with it. The newly designed product in L/XL is about 2/3 the overall size of the previous product. I have a 38-40 waist and they are tight on me. They are supposed to fit up to a 54 waist! The pads are also not as absorbent as the previous version. This is a good example of a cheaper and poorer quality version of the previous. Do not buy!

As other reviewers have noted the new and improved changes have made these disappointing and unusable. The sizing has changed and my 95 year old father can no longer get these on despite buying the same size. Worse than that though is the fact that these leak. He has never had any issues previously with these leaking until the most recent "new and improved" package arrived. This is so disappointing to caregivers who count on these as an economical but effective solution for incontinence issues. I am now having to experiment with other brands to find the fit and absorbency that these used to provide. Please correct the quality issues. Anyone else that finds these unsatisfactory, take the time to live chat with customer service for a refund.

Nothing about this redesign is better than the old design. This version is less than half as effective and absorbent. Most of the reviews I've read are now negative. The friends I've recommended this product to are as disappointed now as I am, if not more! Why in the world would you fix it if it ain't broke? Please correct this mistake for your customers sake! I have used these for years. This recent change is horrible. Read all of the other people's similar comments to see a similar theme. They are too small now (using the L-XL size), uncomfortable, not as absorbent, don't even 'feel' as good in hand. If they don't go back to a good product that didn't need "improvement", these will be the last ones I buy. Wake up Sam's--you've got a problem here that needs fixing ASAP.

Better fit & feel than the Walmart Assurance brand, but still room for improvement. Like them better than Depends & much cheaper. Pay attention to size, bought small/medium size for 32-33 in. waist, large would have been way too bulky & uncomfortable.

I rated a three due to the fact that XL is to small. If the package reads L/XL this will not fit someone who wears XL. I purchased XL other brands and they fit perfectly for my father. Other than them not fitting this is a great product no leakage. I also purchased XXL for my father but they were too big. I wish they would offer XL.

This new product stinks!!! The L/XL hardly fits my husband where the previous ones were comfortable and well fitting. The absorbency is terrible!!! We are changing his underwear after only a few hours of use. The old ones use to absorb so much more urine and allow for longer periods of time between changes. Since trying these, we need to limit our outings based upon when his underwear will need to be changed. The fabric is scratchy and has actually caused chaffing. This product needs to be discontinued.

I usually have no problems with Member's Mark brand so I chose this as a less expensive version of Depends. Although I like the fact that it's also a slim product, the fact that the sealing method is causing a lot of unwanted extra sealing on the underwear itself is driving me crazy besides wasting time. Sometimes they open easily and sometimes you actually rip into the fabric trying to separate. The extra seals are sometimes near the top and sometimes further down ripping the main section. Based on reviews of others, this is obviously not a one-time problem with this batch. Please fix it. The only other thing I will add is the lumping the sizes. Although I'm sure this is a cost-saving move, I really prefer that Depends provides the most appropriate option to size.

We bought these before they changed them with the "new and improved sizing". The new sizing is too tight and because it doesn't fit right, doesn't reach his waistline. it is very difficult for my father to take on and off. It used to be a very comfortable undergarment. He is a slight build so his size is not the problem. Need to change back to the way they used to fit.

Excellent product. Saves us a lot of time and money. I am a Prostate Cancer survivor. 10 years ago and last June. Both times I was required to wear either Pads of underwear. After Radiation treatment things were different and the underwear became very important. You have a great product and I will continue to purchase them from Sam's as they do what I need and the cost is reasonable.
