[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I had prostate problems that led to an operation there was the issue of "leakage" before and after my procedure. I used this same product and was very pleased with the results, there was no obvious signs I was wearing absorbant underwear as they were not bulky. My physical shape is tall and thin with no hips and the elastic band held the underwear in place with out chaffing the skin and no leakage presented itself through my outer clothes. It is embarrasing enough to wear absorbant underwear so the effectiveness of this product helped me with everyday activities. Good product that works

I’ve tried a variety of brands and found that Members Mark brand works well. They’re comfortable for him and fit nicely. There are no big loose, gaps as I’ve found in some cheap quality brands. They fit snugly and securely. He generally urinates quite a bit in his sleep and these keep him and the bed dry without irritating his sensitive skin.
