However, it does give some protection from leaks. Overall, it does what it is intended to do. I would still recommend this to someone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a couple of weeks ago for myself and happy I tried Member's Mark Total Protection Underwear for Men,because it helped me at nite while sleeping and the fit is Comfy and soft to the body also,but I will say the padding could be a Little thicker for absorption and mine fit a little loose,but other then that it's a great Product for 55 yrs and older or any Gentleman who wants overnight protection also,this is good for men that tends to leak after going to the bathroom this is a great product for men just for that reason alone I would buy more for myself but maybe just Large so maybe they'll fit me better,but I am still wearing mines atleast you can wash them out and use them again and did,and to think I was gonna come up with a idea For Men Protective Undies also,so I have an Idea for you guys at the Company,it's one thing that's kinda missing is a scented pad on the outside of the protective Underwear so you can't actually smell the Urine in your clothes,like a lavender and Mint or a cucumber and pear scent would be nice to kinda Mass some of the Leakage inside the protective Underwear,that would be even greater and thanks for a great product.

I knew he would be in the car several hours and had a hard time holding his bladder without incident. He wore these absorbing underwear and was able to make the trip with minimal changes. Work well!

These underwear are durable and wet protection that there are not no leaks in pants or stain furniture. This underwear is easy and comfortable to wear outside and at bedtime. He told us they were comfortable to wear and discreet and held his leaks comfortably without feeling like he’s wearing a pampers and also told us that he didn’t smell the urine as much compared to other brands he’s used.
