We moved into a new home about a year ago that had an old beat up dishwasher.. we desperately needed a new dishwasher and I am so glad we found it! This dishwasher is fantastic. It has incredible technology that lets you wash dishes from your phone. I personally love the utensils’ rack.

I LOVE this dishwasher! I haven’t had a dishwasher in years, but I was so impressed with this machine’s ability to clean stuck on messes, every-day messes and bottles with tiny openings. I do generally rinse off the dishes first, but if you don’t- this machine will still get things sparkling clean! It is so quiet, I sometimes do not know it is on. I only occasionally hear it drain. I’m enjoying the AI features and accessibility with my phone. It also connects with my Samsung TV, sending a notice when a cycle is complete. It automatically opens for the drying cycle, so more often than not, everything is completely dry! I did add rinse aid as initially the dishes were a little wet and spotty, but that seemed to help. I like the adjustability of the second rack, this allowed big pots and pans to fit on the bottom. The second rack is a little awkward for fitting bowls, but it works! Overall, I highly recommend this dishwasher and am happy with it. It looks beautiful in my space also.

First off, the aesthetic is top-notch—it fits seamlessly into my kitchen with its sleek, modern design that elevates the entire space. One of the biggest upgrades is its AI-powered cleaning. which means dishes come out cleaner with less effort on my part. I’ve definitely noticed better results in less time, and it uses noticeably less water compared to my previous model. Plus, it's so quiet that I often forget it's running. A huge plus for me is its Wi-Fi connectivity and seamless integration with the Samsung SmartThings ecosystem. I can monitor the cycle status, receive alerts, and even start a load remotely through the app—super handy when I forget to run it before leaving home. It's smart-home friendly in all the right ways. That said, the internal rack design could use improvement. Larger items like 1-liter water bottles or taller cookware don’t fit easily, which can be frustrating when trying to wash a variety of dish sizes. For a high-end model, I expected a bit more flexibility here. Despite that, this dishwasher is a solid performer and a great addition to any smart home. If Samsung updates the internal design in future versions, this would easily be a 5-star appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the new Samsung DW90F89P0USRAA bespoke dishwasher. I am very satisfied with the appearance of the dishwasher with a flush face and a clear display with capacitive buttons at the top of the door. Most impressive is how silent the machine is when operating. It is truly silent! Our previous Samsung dishwasher could be heard from the living while watching TV. Once properly installed (no gaps between the cabinet and countertop and the dishwasher gaskets) you will have to place your ear on the door to confirm it is running. At first I was concerned with a handle-less front door, but it works very well and could be opened manually with little effort if needed. To open the door you lightly press at the top and a little piston pops open the door a few inches. It's a great feature to enable a flush face without a handle and gives a nice little "wow factor" to the design. Samsung provides a jig to open the door in case of a power outage, but I found that simply applying pressure on both sides of the door to open it did the trick. No worries about a locked dishwasher in case of a power outage. The dishwasher contains the same StormWash+ feature on previous models for cleaning pots and pans, which is nice to have. The top rack has a new dedicated glass cleaning bay that focuses water streams on your glassware. This seems like a nice dedicated function which should help to clean glass better vs. being placed vertically on the bottom rack. You lose a little space for silverware in the top rack compared to the old dishwasher, but we have found ourselves not using the full utensil rack on the old machine and therefore space utilization is more optimal with this new feature. Racks adjust vertically easily and glide flawlessly when opening and closing. They layout (which is adjustable) works better than with our old dishwasher and provides numerous fixtures to support pans, wine glasses and other large dishes as needed. Integration with SmartThings has been done well. My Galaxy Fold 5 immediately and automatically discovered the dishwasher once it was plugged in. Setup was a breeze and I had it working remotely in no time without any difficulties. Enabling certain features like Smart Heat Dry are only accessible if the remote function is enabled at the dishwasher. It would be nice if this wasn't required and was always automatically enabled. This is an impressive machine and we are pleased with our purchase.

I still cannot get over just how whisper quiet it is at just 38 decibels. The new AI wash feature automatically adjusts cycles based on how dirty your dishes are, and when combined with Samsung's incredible StormWash+ system, everything comes out sparkling clean without you ever having to think twice about which setting to use. After washing, the Smart Heat Dry feature takes over, absorbing moisture and circulating high temperature air at an impressive 212 degrees fahrenheit. The door will then automatically open to let the steam escape, leaving your dishes nice and dry. All of these features have been working perfectly for me and I can't imagine going back to any other dishwasher without them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used our 2025 Samsung Bespoke dishwasher, model # DW90F89P0USRAA in fingerprint resistant stainless steel, for a little over a week now and it is a much needed upgrade to our old dishwasher! The sleek, handle-less design complements our kitchen very well. and completes our kitchen transformation. We had a quiet dishwasher before, but this 38 dBA one is whisper quiet compared to our old one. You pretty much have to be standing directly in front of it to hear it running. This model has no handle, so it takes a bit to figure out how to apply the correct amount of pressure in the proper location for the auto-open door to function; but after that, it works flawlessly. In the event of a power failure, there is a tool that can be used to open the door. This dishwasher has a 3rd Rack Washing System. It is smaller that what we have been used to, so if you use a lot of utensils, some of them will have to be placed into the Cutlery Basket in the lower rack. One other feature we really like is the cup wash area. There is an individual nozzle for each cup or glass. This area can hold 6 coffee cups and 6 glasses. There are also several dedicated areas for washing wine glasses. This dishwasher has 9 wash cycles plus Self Clean, but we have only used AI Wash and have been very happy with the results from this cycle. There is a Smart Dry with Auto Release function on the door. After using the Smart Dry feature, which uses an internal heater to dry the dishes, the door automatically opens to allow further drying. We like the Smart Dry feature, but you have to select it every single time you run the dishwasher. The Samsung SmartThings apps works well with this unit and allows many functions from your phone. Overall, we have been very happy with this dishwasher. One area of concern for us is that the 120V power cord hooks up to the unit in the front left corner as opposed to most models with the cord in the back. The cord runs along a channel to the back from there to hook up to the electrical outlet. Unfortunately for us, the cord is slightly too short and we had to do some electrical modifications to plug it in. We wish that the cord was attached in the back, giving us the length that we needed. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to mention how super quiet this dishwasher is. My old one was quite audible and it was a fairly high end model although very old. I had no idea how far technology has come for dishwashers. You really have to have no ambient sound or get right near the door to hear it. The features are plentiful. More than I know what to do. I've only used the normal and AI settings so far and both have done a great job getting the dishes spotless. I love love love that i no longer have to prewash my dishes before loading them in. This does a bang up job cleaning stuck on food. My only complaint, and it's not a super big deal for the most part is the drying. We normally run our dishwasher over night so the dishes are pretty dry for the most part. I just thought with the special door opening dry method it would be drier than it actually is. I might still have to figure that out if I'm not doing something right but it's definitely not super dry after the cycle is done. I would still definitely recommend this. I love the 3rd rack for flatware and small glasses. It does a great job cleaning. I still haven't used the stormwash since it's been doing stuck a great job without it. Will have to try on some really stuck on pots and pans. All in all, I'm super happy with this dishwasher. Mine ahead of my old one. Another thing that's great is if you're in the samsung ecosystem, this fits right in. You can start and stop it from your phone and check up on how is running, how much water is using and how much electricity. Love that!

The dishwasher has many features, including ability to connect to the smart app. The three racks are a great use of overall space and glide with ease. There are several features I love, including the fact that you can you can set it to automatically open at the end of a cycle. If you run the dishwasher at the end of the day like me, and forget you have clean dishes in the dishwasher to unload the next day, it's an instant reminder and I haven't forgotten to unload the dishwasher one single day! Running the dishwasher at night is doable because it is ultra quiet, in fact, I had to double check few times to make sure I started it, because it was I wasn't sure it was on and indeed it was. I've tried a few wash cycles and so far, all of my dishes were clean with no re-rinsing or cleaning and there is an option to add the dry cycle or not. I am really pleasantly surprised and enjoying this dishwasher, it's quiet, efficient and has a lot of great options/features that suit any lifestyle. I also like the look of the dishwasher and think it makes a great addition to the overall look of the kitchen. Very happy with the purchase and would do it again!
